【摘要】:改革開放以來,隨著信息科技的不斷進步和有效運用,我國銀行業(yè)發(fā)生了根本性的變革。信息科技與銀行業(yè)務高度融合,已經(jīng)成為銀行業(yè)金融機構(gòu)實現(xiàn)經(jīng)營戰(zhàn)略和業(yè)務運營最重要的平臺。隨著商業(yè)銀行業(yè)務對信息技術(shù)的依賴程度也不斷加深,現(xiàn)代銀行業(yè)的發(fā)展和生存已經(jīng)離不開信息科技技術(shù),為使信息科技運用中的產(chǎn)生的信息科技風險得到有效的防范,,使信息科技技術(shù)更好的服務于銀行業(yè)務,IT治理越來越被商業(yè)銀行高層管理者和監(jiān)管部門所重視。IT治理方面的研究成為企業(yè)提高信息科技系統(tǒng)的管理水平的機制與方法的著力點。 本研究以華融湘江銀行為研究對象,在對IT治理的相關(guān)理論分析基礎(chǔ)上界定了IT治理的相關(guān)概念。通過分析華融湘江銀行的發(fā)展概況、IT治理歷史演變過程和治理現(xiàn)狀,提出了華融湘江銀行IT治理中存在的主要問題,并對其原因進行探究。繼而從IT治理組織架構(gòu)設計、IT運維服務治理、IT項目與服務整合治理、IT風險治理等重點闡述了華融湘江銀行IT治理的總體思路。華融湘江銀行IT治理的實施將在IT規(guī)劃、標準化、項目建設、風險方面均取得良好的預期效果,使IT治理水平走上一個新的臺階。針對執(zhí)行過程中可能遇到的問題,論文提出了相關(guān)保障措施,這對華融湘江銀行的IT治理工作具有一定的參考價值。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, with the continuous progress and effective use of information technology, China's banking industry has undergone fundamental changes. Information technology and banking business is highly integrated. It has become the most important platform for banking financial institutions to realize business strategy and business operation. The development and survival of modern banking has been inseparable from the information technology technology, in order to make the information technology risk in the application of information technology to be effectively prevented, so that information technology technology better serve the banking business. The research on IT governance has been paid more and more attention to by the senior managers and regulators of commercial banks. It governance has become the focus of the mechanism and methods for enterprises to improve the management level of information technology systems. This study takes the Xiangjiang Bank of Huarong as the research object, defines the related concepts of IT governance on the basis of the relevant theoretical analysis of IT governance, and analyzes the development situation of Xiangjiang Bank of Huarong. It governance history evolution process and governance status, put forward the main problems in IT governance of the Xiangjiang Bank of Huarong, and explore the reasons. Then from the IT governance organizational structure design. It operation and maintenance service governance IT project and service integration management IT risk management and so on has elaborated the overall idea of IT governance of the bank of Xiangjiang in Huarong. The implementation of IT governance of the bank will be in the IT planning. Standardization, project construction, risk aspects have achieved good expected results, so that the level of IT governance to a new level. In view of the implementation process may meet problems, the paper puts forward the relevant safeguards. This has certain reference value to the IT management work of Xiangjiang Bank of Huarong.
