【摘要】：風險投資是將現(xiàn)代化知識與發(fā)達的信息結(jié)合起來,是投資行為和科技轉(zhuǎn)化行為完美結(jié)合的新型產(chǎn)物,是社會經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的一個重要助推器。然而風險投資是具有高風險且不確定的投資過程,失敗的風險投資隨處可見。無論是國內(nèi)還是國外,風險投資最終成功率都不高,風險投資過程中資金問題、管理問題以及技術(shù)產(chǎn)品問題時有發(fā)生,最終造成風險投資的失敗。據(jù)統(tǒng)計,國內(nèi)外風險投資業(yè)務最終成功的比例不足20%,失敗風險投資項目客觀且大量存在。 然而,從資源價值和資源配置角度分析,失敗風險投資項目資源具有不可忽視的現(xiàn)實價值和潛在價值,大量的失敗風險投資項目資源有待處理與優(yōu)化配置。同時,在全球經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的趨勢和我國提倡節(jié)約型社會建設的背景下,更加需要解決失敗風險投資資源再配置的難題,來順應當前循環(huán)經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展模式。通過建立失敗風險投資資源再配置管理系統(tǒng),不僅能提高全球資源管理和利用效率,而且為我國在建立節(jié)約型社會和減少風險投資失敗率方面提供有效的理論依據(jù)和實踐指導。 本文以資源配置的相關(guān)理論為基礎,通過采用規(guī)范研究與實證研究、定性分析與定量分析的方法,并綜合項目管理學、循環(huán)經(jīng)濟學、計算機網(wǎng)絡技術(shù)學和管理信息系統(tǒng)學等多門學科的理論和方法對失敗風險投資項目資源再配置進行研究。主要有六章內(nèi)容：第一章主要闡述本文的研究目的和意義,與之相關(guān)的文獻綜述,并概述研究的主要內(nèi)容和相應的研究方法；第二章對失敗風險投資項目資源再配置的相關(guān)理論進行研究,主要包括失敗風險投資項目的界定、資源分類、特點和價值研究以及資源配置的分析；第三章研究失敗風險投資項目方資源再配置；第四章研究失敗風險投資項目投資方資源再配置；第五章總結(jié)在失敗風險投資項目資源再配置中可能遇到的阻礙因素,并提出了相應的措施；第六章為全文的研究總結(jié)與研究展望。
[Abstract]:Venture capital is the combination of modern knowledge and developed information, and a new product of perfect combination of investment behavior and scientific and technological transformation behavior. Venture capital is an important booster of social and economic development. However, venture capital is an investment process with high risk and uncertainty, and failed venture capital can be seen everywhere, both at home and abroad. The final success rate of venture capital is not high. In the process of venture capital, capital problems, management problems and technical products problems occur from time to time, resulting in the failure of venture capital. According to statistics. Domestic and foreign venture capital business is less than 20% of the final success, failed venture capital project objective and a large number of exist. However, from the point of view of resource value and resource allocation, the resources of failed venture capital project have practical value and potential value that can not be ignored. A large number of failed venture capital project resources need to be dealt with and optimized allocation. At the same time, in the context of global economic development and our country advocates the construction of a conservation-oriented society. It is even more necessary to solve the problem of resource reallocation of failed venture capital to conform to the current development model of circular economy. Through the establishment of failure risk investment resources reconfiguration management system. It can not only improve the efficiency of global resource management and utilization, but also provide an effective theoretical basis and practical guidance for the establishment of a conservation-oriented society and the reduction of the failure rate of venture capital in China. Based on the theory of resource allocation, this paper adopts normative research and empirical research, qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis, and integrates project management and circular economics. The theories and methods of computer network technology and management information systematics are used to study the resource reallocation of failed venture capital projects. The first chapter mainly describes the purpose and significance of this paper. Related literature review, and summarize the main contents of the study and the corresponding research methods; The second chapter studies the theory of resource reallocation of failed venture capital projects, including the definition of failed venture capital projects, resource classification, characteristics and value research, as well as the analysis of resource allocation; The third chapter studies the reallocation of the resources of the failed venture capital project. Chapter 4th studies the reallocation of investment resources of failed venture capital projects; Chapter 5th summarizes the obstacles that may be encountered in the resource reallocation of failed venture capital projects, and puts forward the corresponding measures; Chapter 6th is the summary and prospect of the research.
