【摘要】:供應(yīng)鏈金融是物流業(yè)與金融業(yè)的有機(jī)結(jié)合,是現(xiàn)代物流業(yè)與金融業(yè)共同創(chuàng)新的結(jié)果。兩者相互促進(jìn)、共同發(fā)展、互為商機(jī),供應(yīng)鏈金融的健康發(fā)展將為銀行、第三方物流供應(yīng)商、制造商、經(jīng)銷商帶來(lái)“多贏”的局面。供應(yīng)鏈金融能幫助銀行有效降低業(yè)務(wù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)、提高營(yíng)收能力和增強(qiáng)產(chǎn)品創(chuàng)新能力,而且已經(jīng)有個(gè)別銀行以之成功進(jìn)行了公司業(yè)務(wù)的轉(zhuǎn)型,因此是值得國(guó)內(nèi)銀行嘗試的一條轉(zhuǎn)型道路。此外,供應(yīng)鏈金融對(duì)解決我國(guó)長(zhǎng)期以來(lái)的中小企業(yè)融資難提供了可行的方案,對(duì)完善國(guó)內(nèi)金融體系也能起到一定的作用。因此,國(guó)內(nèi)銀行均在大力發(fā)展供應(yīng)鏈金融業(yè)務(wù),S銀行出于競(jìng)爭(zhēng)考慮在不斷增加對(duì)供應(yīng)鏈金融業(yè)務(wù)資源投入的同時(shí),也急需對(duì)供應(yīng)鏈金融業(yè)務(wù)未來(lái)的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略進(jìn)行合理規(guī)劃。 本文以S銀行供應(yīng)鏈金融業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展為背景,運(yùn)用理論、案例、實(shí)證和SWOT等分析方法對(duì)S銀行供應(yīng)鏈金融業(yè)務(wù)進(jìn)行全面系統(tǒng)地分析,并相應(yīng)地提出了具體的對(duì)策。全文共分為六章進(jìn)行具體闡述。 第一章緒論部分闡述本文研究的背景和意義,總結(jié)國(guó)內(nèi)外相關(guān)文獻(xiàn),并對(duì)本文的研究方法和構(gòu)架進(jìn)行分析。 第二章供應(yīng)鏈金融業(yè)務(wù)概述部分介紹供應(yīng)鏈金融業(yè)務(wù)的基本概念、供應(yīng)鏈金融業(yè)務(wù)的發(fā)展歷程,并著重介紹了國(guó)內(nèi)外供應(yīng)鏈金融業(yè)務(wù)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀。 第三章S銀行供應(yīng)鏈金融業(yè)務(wù)的現(xiàn)狀及其問(wèn)題部分分析了S銀行在供應(yīng)鏈金融業(yè)務(wù)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀與其存在的主要問(wèn)題。 第四章S銀行供應(yīng)鏈金融業(yè)務(wù)SWOT分析部分通過(guò)構(gòu)建SWOT模型,對(duì)S銀行發(fā)展供應(yīng)鏈金融業(yè)務(wù)的優(yōu)勢(shì)、劣勢(shì)、機(jī)遇與挑戰(zhàn)進(jìn)行了分析,并選擇了S銀行發(fā)展供應(yīng)鏈金融的最優(yōu)戰(zhàn)略。 第五章S銀行進(jìn)一步發(fā)展供應(yīng)鏈金融業(yè)務(wù)的策略與保障措施部分總結(jié)了S銀行進(jìn)一步發(fā)展供應(yīng)鏈金融業(yè)務(wù)的主要策略,并提出了相應(yīng)的保障措施。 第六章對(duì)本論文進(jìn)行了概況性的總結(jié)。
[Abstract]:Supply chain finance is the organic combination of logistics industry and financial industry, and the result of innovation between modern logistics industry and financial industry. The two promote each other, develop together and create business opportunities for each other. The healthy development of supply chain finance will become the bank. Third-party logistics suppliers, manufacturers, dealers bring "multi-win" situation. Supply chain finance can help banks effectively reduce business risks, improve revenue capacity and enhance product innovation ability. Moreover, some banks have successfully carried out the transformation of the company's business, so it is worthy of domestic banks to try a transition path. Supply chain finance has provided a feasible solution to the financing difficulties of SMEs in China for a long time, and it can also play a certain role in improving the domestic financial system. The domestic banks are vigorously developing the supply chain financial business while increasing the supply chain financial resources investment for the sake of competition. There is also an urgent need for reasonable planning of the future development strategy of supply chain financial services. Based on the development of S bank supply chain financial business, this paper makes a comprehensive and systematic analysis of S bank supply chain financial business by means of theory, case study, empirical analysis and SWOT. The paper is divided into six chapters. The first chapter introduces the background and significance of this study, summarizes the relevant literature at home and abroad, and analyzes the research methods and framework of this paper. The second chapter introduces the basic concept of supply chain financial business, the development of supply chain financial business, and focuses on the development of domestic and foreign supply chain financial business. In the third chapter, the current situation and problems of S Bank's supply chain financial business are analyzed. The development of S bank's supply chain financial business and its main problems are analyzed. In the 4th chapter, the SWOT analysis of S bank supply chain financial business is made by constructing the SWOT model to analyze the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and challenges of S bank in the development of supply chain financial business. And choose S Bank to develop the best strategy of supply chain finance. In Chapter 5th, the author summarizes the main strategies of S Bank to further develop the supply chain financial business, and puts forward the corresponding safeguard measures. Chapter 6th summarizes the general situation of this paper.
