【摘要】：國際融資租賃產(chǎn)生于第二次世界大戰(zhàn)以后，自產(chǎn)生以來，被各發(fā)達(dá)國家逐步應(yīng)用于擴(kuò)大出口、促進(jìn)海外投資及創(chuàng)造就業(yè)中，被公認(rèn)為一種緊追銀行信貸的間接融資方式，，是“朝陽產(chǎn)業(yè)”。經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化要求融資租賃的國際化，國際融資租賃必將成為各國爭奪世界經(jīng)濟(jì)地位的重要手段。金融危機(jī)發(fā)生以來，全球經(jīng)濟(jì)模式的變革使得各國把提高生產(chǎn)能力作為發(fā)展經(jīng)濟(jì)的重中之重，要求各國實(shí)現(xiàn)商品與資本全球化流動，并積極投入到生產(chǎn)過程中。因此，根據(jù)我國國際融資租賃發(fā)展的實(shí)際情況進(jìn)行分析，并針對性的提出相應(yīng)對策，有著很強(qiáng)的理論與現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。 首先，本文系統(tǒng)回顧和總結(jié)了國內(nèi)外學(xué)者對國際融資租賃的研究，對國際融資租賃的起源、原理與特征、發(fā)展軌跡以及我國發(fā)展國際融資租賃的背景、發(fā)展階段與后發(fā)優(yōu)勢進(jìn)行綜述。其次，對全球金融危機(jī)后國際融資租賃呈現(xiàn)出資本市場業(yè)務(wù)增長迅速化，發(fā)展中國家或?qū)⒊蔀椤爸辛黜浦�，業(yè)務(wù)領(lǐng)域多樣化等新的融資租賃趨勢做出判斷；介紹了融資租賃基于傳統(tǒng)方式，因創(chuàng)新發(fā)展趨勢以及新經(jīng)濟(jì)形勢而不斷涌現(xiàn)出的杠桿、項(xiàng)目、結(jié)構(gòu)式參與等多種新興模式以及各種融資租賃模式的優(yōu)勢和適用對象。然后，基于新制度經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)對國際融資租賃的合理性進(jìn)行分析，通過比較分析和案例分析法對國際融資租賃的優(yōu)勢、效益加以分析，運(yùn)用數(shù)據(jù)分析法闡述國際融資租賃對我國航空設(shè)備進(jìn)口以及機(jī)電設(shè)備出口影響，得出我國發(fā)展國際融資租賃十分必要的結(jié)論。最后，結(jié)合我國開展國際融資租賃存在國際融資租賃進(jìn)出口結(jié)構(gòu)失衡、融資渠道匱乏、業(yè)務(wù)種類單一、政策缺乏等實(shí)際問題，有針對性的提出相應(yīng)的對策建議，如大力度促進(jìn)出口融資租賃發(fā)展，多渠道拓寬租賃機(jī)構(gòu)融資，深層次加強(qiáng)國際租賃業(yè)務(wù)合作等，以便促進(jìn)我國國際融資租賃的良好發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:International financial leasing in the Second World War, since the developed countries are gradually applied to expand exports, promote overseas investment and create employment, is recognized as a hot pursuit of the indirect financing of bank credit, is the "sunrise industry". The economic globalization requires international financial leasing, international financing the lease will become an important means for countries to compete for the economic status in the world. Since the financial crisis, the global economy mode of change makes countries to increase production capacity as a priority among priorities of economic development, requires countries to realize the commodity and the globalization of capital flows, and actively involved in the production process. Therefore, analysis is carried out according to the actual situation of the development of financing international leasing in China, and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures, have a strong theoretical and practical significance.
First, this paper reviewed and summarized the research on international financial leasing of domestic and foreign scholars, the origin of the international financial leasing, the principle and characteristics of the development track and development of China's international financial leasing background, development stage and advantage are reviewed. Secondly, the global financial crisis in the international financial leasing showing capital the market is growing rapidly, the developing countries will become the mainstay, financing lease business diversification trend of the new judgment; introduces the financing lease based on traditional methods, because the innovation and the development trend of the new economic situation and continue to emerge out of the lever type structure project, to participate in a variety of emerging patterns and various financial leasing mode the advantage and application object. Then, the new institutional economics on international financial leasing based on rational analysis, through comparative analysis and case analysis The advantage of international financial leasing, benefit analysis, the use of data analysis on international financial leasing of China's aviation equipment import and export of mechanical and electrical equipment, the development of international financial leasing in our country is very necessary conclusion. Finally, combined with China's development of international financial leasing in international financial leasing and the import and export structure imbalance, financing channels lack of a single type of business, the lack of policy and other practical problems, put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions, such as efforts to promote the development of export finance lease, widen channels for lease financing institutions, deep strengthening international leasing business cooperation, so as to promote the sound development of international financial leasing in China.
