【摘要】:我國(guó)的個(gè)人貸款業(yè)務(wù)相對(duì)比較落后,流程不完善、不順暢已經(jīng)成為個(gè)貸業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展中的普遍現(xiàn)象。目前國(guó)內(nèi)許多銀行都在有意識(shí)的對(duì)個(gè)人信貸業(yè)務(wù)流程以及經(jīng)營(yíng)模式進(jìn)行優(yōu)化和提升,但缺乏此方面的專(zhuān)項(xiàng)理論依據(jù)。本文希望通過(guò)對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外商業(yè)銀行個(gè)人信貸業(yè)務(wù)流程以及經(jīng)營(yíng)模式進(jìn)行分析,總結(jié)其中的問(wèn)題以及規(guī)律,汲取國(guó)外商業(yè)銀行的成功案例,對(duì)商業(yè)銀行進(jìn)行個(gè)人信貸流程以及經(jīng)營(yíng)模式的優(yōu)化和提升提供思路和建立理論依據(jù)。 論文共分為以下五個(gè)部分: 第一部分主要闡明本文的研究背景、動(dòng)機(jī)、目的、方法與論文結(jié)構(gòu)。 第二部分進(jìn)行相關(guān)理論的簡(jiǎn)述,包括個(gè)貸業(yè)務(wù)的定義、特點(diǎn)、分類(lèi)及內(nèi)容,同時(shí)介紹目前我國(guó)個(gè)人貸款業(yè)務(wù)的發(fā)展情況進(jìn)而推斷出在新的國(guó)內(nèi)經(jīng)濟(jì)形勢(shì)的挑戰(zhàn)下,包商銀行包頭分行必須有的放矢的對(duì)當(dāng)前個(gè)人信貸業(yè)務(wù)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀及發(fā)展策略進(jìn)行深入的研究,以期獲得包商銀行包頭分行個(gè)貸業(yè)務(wù)的全新發(fā)展。 第三部分對(duì)包商銀行包頭分行個(gè)人信貸業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展歷程、業(yè)務(wù)現(xiàn)狀以及戰(zhàn)略、發(fā)展中存在的問(wèn)題進(jìn)行論述,同時(shí)分析問(wèn)題形成的原因。 第四部分介紹國(guó)內(nèi)外商業(yè)銀行個(gè)人信貸業(yè)務(wù)的模式,并探討其中有益于包商銀行包頭分行個(gè)貸業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展的借鑒內(nèi)容與啟示。 第五部分從個(gè)人信貸業(yè)務(wù)的定位設(shè)計(jì)、營(yíng)銷(xiāo)、流程、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)控制四個(gè)方面對(duì)包商銀行包頭分行的個(gè)貸業(yè)務(wù)提出戰(zhàn)略建議。
[Abstract]:China's personal loan business is relatively backward, the process is not perfect. Not smooth has become a common phenomenon in the development of loan business. At present, many domestic banks are consciously to optimize and enhance the personal credit business process and business model. However, there is no special theoretical basis in this respect. This paper hopes to summarize the problems and rules by analyzing the business process and business model of individual credit of commercial banks at home and abroad. Drawing on the successful cases of foreign commercial banks, this paper provides ideas and theoretical basis for the optimization and promotion of commercial banks' personal credit process and business model. The thesis is divided into the following five parts: The first part mainly explains the research background, motivation, purpose, method and structure of this paper. The second part is a brief description of the relevant theories, including the definition, characteristics, classification and content of a loan business. At the same time, it introduces the development of personal loan business in China and then inferred that under the challenge of the new domestic economic situation. The contractor bank Baotou branch must carry on the thorough research to the present personal credit business development present situation and the development strategy, in order to obtain the contractor bank Baotou branch individual loan service brand-new development. The third part discusses the development of personal credit business of Baotou Branch of the contractor Bank, the present situation and strategy of the business, and the problems existing in the development. At the same time, it analyzes the reasons for the formation of the problems. Part 4th introduces the mode of personal credit business of commercial banks at home and abroad, and probes into the reference contents and revelations which are beneficial to the development of individual loan business of Baotou Branch of the contractor Bank. In the 5th part, the author puts forward the strategic suggestions on the individual loan business of Baotou Branch of the contractor Bank from four aspects of the positioning design, marketing, process and risk control of the personal credit business.
