【摘要】：本文首先分析了我國企業(yè)供應(yīng)鏈融資現(xiàn)狀分析，供應(yīng)鏈融資的幾種模式，供應(yīng)鏈融資效應(yīng)在財務(wù)報表上的體現(xiàn)和供應(yīng)鏈融資的信用風(fēng)險分析，系統(tǒng)闡述了供應(yīng)鏈融資的意義和可行性分析。然后通過本人供職企業(yè)，，上海維惠投資管理公司的實際案例，闡述供應(yīng)鏈融資這一新型服務(wù)行業(yè)對中國企業(yè)發(fā)展的機(jī)遇和挑戰(zhàn)作用。 供應(yīng)鏈融資作為一種新的融資方式，其核心理念是：金融機(jī)構(gòu)以供應(yīng)鏈中主體企業(yè)為切人點，通過對供應(yīng)鏈信息流、物流和資金流的有效控制或?qū)τ袑嵙﹃P(guān)聯(lián)方進(jìn)行責(zé)任捆綁，來為供應(yīng)鏈中相關(guān)成員企業(yè)提供融資服務(wù)。隨著時代的發(fā)展，企業(yè)融資的多樣化也帶來了金融機(jī)構(gòu)服務(wù)理念和觀點的新發(fā)展。本文以上海維惠投資管理公司作為主要案例分析對象，并從財務(wù)報表的角度分析了供應(yīng)鏈融資給金融機(jī)構(gòu)和服務(wù)企業(yè)帶來的效應(yīng)和風(fēng)險，分析它們的財務(wù)報表的資產(chǎn)結(jié)構(gòu)與供應(yīng)鏈融資的聯(lián)系,闡明企業(yè)可以為有效擔(dān)保資產(chǎn)提供內(nèi)部支持,從而幫助企業(yè)了解如何借助供應(yīng)鏈融資模式進(jìn)行融資，為企業(yè)和金融機(jī)構(gòu)實現(xiàn)共贏。
[Abstract]:This paper first analyzes the current situation of supply chain financing in China, several modes of supply chain financing, the effect of supply chain financing in the financial statements and the credit risk analysis of supply chain financing. The significance and feasibility of supply chain financing are analyzed systematically. Then the actual case of Shanghai Weihui Investment Management Co. This paper expounds the role of supply chain financing, a new service industry, in the development of Chinese enterprises. Supply chain financing as a new financing method, its core idea is: financial institutions take the main enterprises in the supply chain as the cutting point, through the supply chain information flow. The effective control of logistics and capital flow or the binding of the responsibility of the powerful related parties to provide financing services for the relevant member enterprises in the supply chain. With the development of the times. The diversification of enterprise financing has also brought about the new development of service ideas and viewpoints of financial institutions. This paper takes Shanghai Weihui Investment Management Company as the main case study object. From the perspective of financial statements, this paper analyzes the effects and risks of supply chain financing to financial institutions and service enterprises, and analyzes the relationship between the asset structure of their financial statements and supply chain financing. It is pointed out that enterprises can provide internal support for effective guaranteed assets, so as to help enterprises understand how to use supply chain financing mode to finance enterprises and financial institutions to achieve win-win situation.
