【摘要】：金融生態(tài)環(huán)境對金融中心的形成有著非常重要的作用,它從各個方面,以不同形式影響著金融中心的產(chǎn)生和發(fā)展,金融中心的形成需要良好的金融生態(tài)環(huán)境。金融中心生態(tài)環(huán)境評價指標體系旨在評價金融中心金融生態(tài)環(huán)境現(xiàn)狀及其成因,為制定改善金融中心的金融生態(tài)環(huán)境對策提供依據(jù),更有利于研究者對金融可持續(xù)生存與發(fā)展的一系列問題做出本源性的剖析,因此,評價指標的構(gòu)成要科學(xué)合理,要充分為金融中心的良性發(fā)展提供有力的證據(jù)。位于天津濱海新區(qū)核心地帶的于家堡金融區(qū)是政府重點在建工程,它的建成將推動天津濱海新區(qū)的開發(fā)開放并進一步促進天津成為北方的經(jīng)濟中心。文章基于天津金融中心建設(shè),探討金融生態(tài)環(huán)境問題。首先,在借鑒國內(nèi)外關(guān)于金融生態(tài)環(huán)境相關(guān)研究成果的基礎(chǔ)上,根據(jù)指標體系設(shè)計的原則,按照城市金融生態(tài)環(huán)境特點和要求,文章構(gòu)建了一套分層次的城市金融生態(tài)環(huán)境評價體系。評價過程由四個層次構(gòu)成,即經(jīng)濟發(fā)展狀況、金融發(fā)展水平、法制誠信環(huán)境、人文社會環(huán)境。接著,在此基礎(chǔ)上,文章選取了5個具有代表性的城市作為樣本進行測度,得出各自的一級指標綜合評價值和二級指標綜合評價值,并分別對各自的評價結(jié)果進行分析。然后,通過重點比較分析天津與北京、上海和深圳在金融生態(tài)方面的差異及其原因,綜合判斷天津金融生態(tài)環(huán)境狀況和于家堡金融區(qū)金融生態(tài)環(huán)境狀況,揭示天津的發(fā)展方向與發(fā)展路徑。最后,文章立足于現(xiàn)實,借鑒上海和深圳在改善金融生態(tài)環(huán)境方面的經(jīng)驗,針對經(jīng)濟發(fā)展水平的提高、地方金融發(fā)展的深化、法制誠信環(huán)境的完善和人文社會環(huán)境的優(yōu)化四個方面,為改善天津金融生態(tài)環(huán)境,為推進天津濱海新區(qū)開發(fā)開放,為把天津建設(shè)發(fā)展成為帶動環(huán)渤海地區(qū)經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的北方重要金融中心提出建議性的意見。
[Abstract]:Has a very important role in the formation of the financial ecological environment of the financial center, it from various aspects, affects the emergence and development of financial centers in different forms, good financial ecological environment requires the formation of financial center. The evaluation index system of financial ecological environment evaluation center to the financial center of the financial ecological environment status and its causes, provide the basis for the formulation of financial ecological environment countermeasures to improve the financial center, the author analyzes the origin, more conducive to the research of sustainable survival and development of a series of financial problems so the evaluation index of the scientific and rational, to provide strong evidence for the benign development of full financial center is located in Tianjin Binhai New Area. The core area of financial Jiabao area is the focus of the government in the construction, it will promote the development and opening of Tianjin Binhai New Area and further promote Tianjin to become North Square The economic center of Tianjin financial center. This paper based on the construction of financial ecological environment problems. First, on the basis of the financial ecological environment at home and abroad on the relevant research results, according to the principle of index system design, in accordance with the city's financial ecological environment characteristics and requirements, this chapter constructs a set of hierarchical City financial ecological environment evaluation system evaluation process consists of four levels, namely, economic development, financial development, legal credit environment, humanities and social environment. Then, on this basis, this paper selects 5 representative cities as samples to measure, obtained level comprehensive evaluation of their values and the two indicators of the comprehensive evaluation value and, for their respective evaluation results were analyzed. Then, through the comparative analysis of Tianjin and Beijing, the differences in the financial ecological aspects of Shanghai and Shenzhen and its reasons, comprehensive judgement Tianjin off the finance ecological environment and financial environment in the financial district Jiabao, reveal the developing direction and path of Tianjin. Finally, based on the reality, from Shanghai and Shenzhen to improve the financial ecological environment experience, for raising the level of economic development, the development of local financial deepening, the four aspects of legal system the integrity of the environment and the improvement of social environment optimization, to improve the Tianjin financial ecological environment, to promote the development of Tianjin Binhai District for the construction of Tianjin to promote the development of the circular economy development in the Bohai area north important financial center puts forward opinions.
