【摘要】：通過構(gòu)建油氣資源綜合潛力水平指標體系,結(jié)合TOPSIS方法與熵權(quán)法確定指標權(quán)重,從石油地質(zhì)基本條件、油氣儲量特征、勘探情況3個方面出發(fā),對2014年非洲50個主要含油氣盆地的油氣資源綜合潛力水平進行定量評價與比較。結(jié)果表明,指數(shù)分布呈現(xiàn)出"西北優(yōu)異,東部較弱,中南部最弱"的空間格局。在此基礎(chǔ)上,提出了針對非洲油氣資源投資環(huán)境的特點,展開對非洲進行油氣選區(qū)勘探投資與合作的建議。
[Abstract]:By constructing the index system of comprehensive potential level of oil and gas resources, combined with TOPSIS method and entropy weight method, the index weight is determined from three aspects: the basic conditions of petroleum geology, the characteristics of oil and gas reserves and the exploration situation. The comprehensive potential levels of oil and gas resources in 50 major petroliferous basins in Africa in 2014 are quantitatively evaluated and compared. The results show that the exponential distribution shows the spatial pattern of "excellent in northwest, weak in the east and weakest in the south-central part". On this basis, according to the characteristics of the investment environment of oil and gas resources in Africa, some suggestions on investment and cooperation in oil and gas exploration in Africa are put forward.
