國內(nèi)汽車行業(yè)兼并重組步伐加快的原因淺析

【摘要】:正中國車企數(shù)量太多,不利于整體競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力提升已是業(yè)內(nèi)共識(shí)。早在21世紀(jì)初期,關(guān)于中國汽車行業(yè)的兼并重組浪潮何時(shí)會(huì)到來的問題已開始引發(fā)業(yè)界的思考和預(yù)測(cè)。未來十年,兼并重組將浪潮席卷,車企的淘汰賽將正式上演。1兼并重組的背景2009年國務(wù)院辦公廳就下發(fā)了《汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)調(diào)整振興規(guī)劃細(xì)則》,通過兼并重組,形成2~3家產(chǎn)
[Abstract]:The number of Chinese car companies is too many, not conducive to the overall competitiveness of the industry consensus. As early as the beginning of the 21st century, the question of when the wave of merger and reorganization in China's automobile industry will come has begun to arouse the thinking and prediction of the industry. In the next decade, the wave of merger and reorganization will be sweeping, and the elimination of car enterprises will be officially staged. 1 the background of merger and reorganization in 2009, the General Office of the State Council issued the "rules of Planning for Adjustment and Revitalization of the Automobile Industry", through merger and reorganization, the formation of 2-3 family properties.
