【摘要】：正中國車企數(shù)量太多,不利于整體競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力提升已是業(yè)內(nèi)共識(shí)。早在21世紀(jì)初期,關(guān)于中國汽車行業(yè)的兼并重組浪潮何時(shí)會(huì)到來的問題已開始引發(fā)業(yè)界的思考和預(yù)測(cè)。未來十年,兼并重組將浪潮席卷,車企的淘汰賽將正式上演。1兼并重組的背景2009年國務(wù)院辦公廳就下發(fā)了《汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)調(diào)整振興規(guī)劃細(xì)則》,通過兼并重組,形成2~3家產(chǎn)
