基于灰水足跡的安順市工業(yè)經(jīng)濟增長與水環(huán)境協(xié)調(diào)關(guān)系分析

【摘要】:為定量評價安順市工業(yè)經(jīng)濟增長與水環(huán)境的協(xié)調(diào)關(guān)系,通過估算安順市2004~2014年工業(yè)灰水足跡,用脫鉤模型分析工業(yè)經(jīng)濟增長與水環(huán)境的協(xié)調(diào)關(guān)系。研究表明,安順市2004~2014年工業(yè)灰水足跡波動上升,年均工業(yè)灰水足跡為3.255 2×10~8m~3;安順市2006~2014年工業(yè)灰水足跡強度逐年遞減,由2006年的1 069.86 m~3/萬元減少到2014年的210.39 m~3/萬元;研究時段內(nèi)安順市工業(yè)水環(huán)境壓力指數(shù)變化大,其中2013年水環(huán)境壓力指數(shù)最高,工業(yè)水環(huán)境壓力高低與當(dāng)年水資源量呈較強的負相關(guān);從協(xié)調(diào)關(guān)系看,安順市2006年工業(yè)經(jīng)濟增長與水環(huán)境未脫鉤,2005、2007~2010、2014年絕對脫鉤,2011~2013年相對脫鉤。這表明安順市在治理水污染過程中不能忽視工業(yè)污染物排放帶來的影響。
[Abstract]:In order to quantitatively evaluate the coordinated relationship between industrial economic growth and water environment in Anshun City, by estimating the industrial ash-water footprint from 2004 to 2014 in Anshun City, the relationship between industrial economic growth and water environment was analyzed by decoupling model. The results show that the industrial ash footprint fluctuates from 2004 to 2014 in Anshun City, with an average annual industrial ash footprint of 3.2552 脳 10 ~ 8m 路m ~ (- 3); The intensity of industrial ash footprint decreased year by year from 2006 to 2014 in Anshun City, from 1 069.86 m / 10 000 yuan in 2006 to 210.39 m / 10 000 yuan in 2014; The industrial water environmental pressure index of Anshun City changed greatly during the study period, in which the water environmental pressure index in 2013 was the highest, and there was a strong negative correlation between the industrial water environmental pressure and the amount of water resources in that year. From the coordination relationship, the industrial economic growth and water environment in Anshun city in 2006 did not decouple, 2005, 2007, 2010, 2014 absolute decoupling, 2011-2013 relatively decoupling. This shows that Anshun City in the process of water pollution control can not ignore the impact of industrial pollutants emissions.
