【摘要】：改革開放以來,我國的綜合國力日益增強,在國際經濟社會中扮演著越來越重要的角色。作為全球最大的鐵礦石進口國,我國在國際鐵礦石市場中卻缺乏相應的定價權,只能被動接受進口鐵礦石的價格。本文在系統(tǒng)梳理國際鐵礦石市場定價機制和進口鐵礦石價格走勢的基礎上,分析了我國進口鐵礦石定價權缺失的原因,針對性地提出了提高我國進口鐵礦石定價權的對策建議,一是建立鐵礦產品和產地相結合的戰(zhàn)略儲備體系;二是實施鐵礦石"走出去"戰(zhàn)略,調整利用境外資源結構;三是推進我國鐵礦石價格指數(shù)和現(xiàn)貨交易平臺建設;四是加強鐵礦資源運輸通道建設。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, China's comprehensive national strength is increasing day by day, playing a more and more important role in the international economic society. As the largest importer of iron ore in the world, China lacks the corresponding pricing right in the international iron ore market, so it can only accept the price of imported iron ore passively. On the basis of systematically combing the pricing mechanism of international iron ore market and the price trend of imported iron ore, this paper analyzes the reasons for the lack of pricing right of imported iron ore in China, and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to improve the pricing right of imported iron ore in China. The first is to establish a strategic reserve system which combines iron ore products with producing areas; The second is to implement the "go out" strategy of iron ore, to adjust and utilize the structure of foreign resources, to promote the construction of iron ore price index and spot trading platform in China, and to strengthen the construction of transportation channel of iron ore resources.
