中國(guó)制造業(yè)生產(chǎn)率提升研究

【摘要】:運(yùn)用C-D生產(chǎn)函數(shù)模型與DEA-Malmquist指數(shù)法,從單要素和全要素層面對(duì)中國(guó)制造業(yè)生產(chǎn)率進(jìn)行實(shí)證分析。結(jié)果表明:自1998年起,制造業(yè)產(chǎn)出受資金投入的影響逐漸減弱,勞動(dòng)生產(chǎn)率對(duì)產(chǎn)出的增速減緩;勞動(dòng)密集型行業(yè)資金生產(chǎn)率高于制造業(yè)平均水平,而高新技術(shù)行業(yè)、裝備制造業(yè)則低于平均水平,勞動(dòng)生產(chǎn)率在地區(qū)間和行業(yè)間過于均等;2013—2015年全要素生產(chǎn)率的增長(zhǎng)率僅為1%,技術(shù)效率未能得到明顯改善且差異顯著。為此,應(yīng)該大力發(fā)展以裝備制造業(yè)為主的中高技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè),發(fā)揮要素重置效應(yīng),推動(dòng)生產(chǎn)效率的提升,實(shí)現(xiàn)要素投入向科技創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動(dòng)的增長(zhǎng)模式轉(zhuǎn)變。
[Abstract]:The production function model and DEA-Malmquist index method are used to analyze the productivity of Chinese manufacturing industry in terms of single factor and total factor. The results show that since 1998, the output of manufacturing industry has been gradually weakened by the impact of capital input, and the growth rate of labor productivity on output has slowed down. The capital productivity of labor-intensive industry is higher than the average level of manufacturing industry, while in the high-tech industry, the equipment manufacturing industry is lower than the average level, and the labor productivity is too equal among regions and industries. Total factor productivity (TFP) grew by only 1% in 2013-2015, while technical efficiency did not improve significantly and the difference was significant. Therefore, it is necessary to develop the medium-high-tech industry mainly in the equipment manufacturing industry, give full play to the factor reset effect, promote the promotion of production efficiency, and realize the transformation from the factor input to the scientific and technological innovation-driven growth mode.
