供應(yīng)鏈質(zhì)量控制在D公司的應(yīng)用研究

【摘要】:近年來,人民生活水平大幅提高,作為奢侈品的汽車儼然成為生活必需品進(jìn)入千家萬戶,汽車行業(yè)的迅速發(fā)展使得汽車上大量使用電子系統(tǒng),使得整車的電氣功率變大,線束數(shù)量和重量、復(fù)雜程度問題變大,整車的可靠性下降。2016年,國家質(zhì)檢總局就近173萬輛進(jìn)口汽車車型的質(zhì)量問題,共發(fā)布了117次汽車召回信息,品牌包括大眾及旗下的品牌、保時捷、本田、豐田、法拉利、福特等,召回涉及故障原因最多的是氣囊缺陷。這些都直接影響了人民大眾的行車安全和汽車制造廠的聲譽(yù),因此,提高汽車線束可靠性和產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量成為了重點。迫于質(zhì)量局勢和供應(yīng)鏈管理以及競爭格局的形成,本文以線束企業(yè)D公司作為研究對象,將對線束產(chǎn)品的質(zhì)量由主要的生產(chǎn)控制延伸到完整的供應(yīng)鏈的上下游;谶@些大背景下的變化,本文選擇供應(yīng)鏈質(zhì)量控制方法作為最好的解決辦法。線束產(chǎn)品離不開可靠性指標(biāo),本文在相關(guān)理論的基礎(chǔ)上,闡明了D公司現(xiàn)有的質(zhì)量控制模型、質(zhì)量控制方式、主要問題和原因分析,將線束行業(yè)的供應(yīng)商質(zhì)量、設(shè)計過程質(zhì)量、生產(chǎn)過程質(zhì)量與營銷過程質(zhì)量納入供應(yīng)鏈上的四個控制環(huán)節(jié),可解決現(xiàn)存的主要問題并保證最終的產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量。主要內(nèi)容如下所述:從供應(yīng)鏈?zhǔn)锥碎_始,針對現(xiàn)存的問題研究出了通過構(gòu)建科學(xué)公正的指標(biāo)體系選擇合格供應(yīng)商、建立供應(yīng)商培訓(xùn)體系、和供應(yīng)商建立良好的合作伙伴關(guān)系、和供應(yīng)商共享資源等措施加強(qiáng)對供應(yīng)商產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量的控制。在線束的設(shè)計過程,放棄以往的不作為行為,探討出了將線束工作的環(huán)境考慮其中,通過提高回路、端子和連接件、保護(hù)裝置和長度設(shè)計的可靠性以及端子壓接的可靠性試驗等方面提高線束產(chǎn)品的設(shè)計質(zhì)量。生產(chǎn)環(huán)節(jié),在供應(yīng)商質(zhì)量和設(shè)計質(zhì)量得到保證的前提下,保留以往有益的產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)控制部分,探討出了通過建立生產(chǎn)規(guī)范體系、工藝系統(tǒng)可靠性模型、故障模式分析、員工培訓(xùn)和溝通體系,彌補(bǔ)生產(chǎn)控制不足的地方,并且改進(jìn)和預(yù)防生產(chǎn)工序不可靠的地方,再更進(jìn)一步的提高產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量。營銷階段作為供應(yīng)鏈上的最后階段,其質(zhì)量控制不容忽視。探討出了如何通過建立銷售過程模型有效的控制質(zhì)量,并且把服務(wù)質(zhì)量控制也納入整個營銷過程中控制的一部分。本文的研究是基于D公司供應(yīng)鏈質(zhì)量管理理論和實踐,成果將有助于促進(jìn)供應(yīng)鏈質(zhì)量控制的研究和應(yīng)用,尤其是在以汽車線束為代表之一的制造業(yè)將會有很大的提高和改進(jìn)。在先進(jìn)的成熟的供應(yīng)鏈質(zhì)量控制的發(fā)展推動下,我國汽車制造產(chǎn)業(yè)產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量都會得到大大提高,競爭力也會隨之加強(qiáng)。
[Abstract]:In recent years, people's living standards have been greatly improved, as a luxury car has become a necessity of life into thousands of households, the rapid development of the automobile industry makes a large use of electronic systems on the car, making the whole car electrical power increased. The number and weight of wire harness, the complexity of the problem and the reliability of the whole vehicle have become more serious. Brands include Volkswagen and its brands, Porsche, Honda, Toyota, Ferrari, Ford and others. The biggest cause of the recall is airbag defects. All of these directly affect the safety of the public and the reputation of automobile manufacturers. Therefore, improving the reliability and product quality of automobile wiring harness becomes the key point. Due to the quality situation, supply chain management and the formation of competition pattern, this paper takes D Company as the research object, extends the quality of wire harness products from the main production control to the upstream and downstream of the complete supply chain. Based on these changes, this paper chooses the supply chain quality control method as the best solution. Wire harness products can not be separated from reliability index. On the basis of relevant theory, this paper clarifies the existing quality control model, quality control mode, main problems and reasons of D Company, and analyzes the quality of supplier and design process of wire harness industry. The production process quality and the marketing process quality are integrated into the four control links in the supply chain, which can solve the existing main problems and guarantee the final product quality. The main contents are as follows: from the first end of the supply chain, aiming at the existing problems, this paper studies the selection of qualified suppliers, the establishment of supplier training system, and the establishment of a good partnership with suppliers through constructing a scientific and fair index system. Share resources with suppliers and other measures to strengthen the quality control of suppliers. The design process of the on-line beam, giving up the past inaction behavior, discusses the consideration of the working environment of the wire harness, by improving the loop, the terminal and the connectors, The reliability of the protection device and length design and the reliability test of the terminal compression joint improve the design quality of the wire harness products. On the premise that the supplier quality and the design quality are guaranteed, the production control part of the former beneficial products is retained, and through establishing the production standard system, the reliability model of the process system and the analysis of the fault mode are discussed. Staff training and communication system to make up for inadequate production control, and improve and prevent the production process where unreliable, and further improve product quality. Marketing stage is the last stage in supply chain, its quality control can not be ignored. This paper discusses how to control the quality effectively by establishing the sales process model, and how to integrate the service quality control into the control part of the whole marketing process. The research in this paper is based on the theory and practice of supply chain quality management in D Company, and the results will be helpful to promote the research and application of supply chain quality control, especially in the manufacturing industry, which is represented by the automobile wire harness. With the development of advanced and mature supply chain quality control, the quality of China's automobile manufacturing industry will be greatly improved, and the competitiveness will be strengthened.
