萬元工業(yè)增加值取水量變化的行業(yè)驅(qū)動(dòng)作用與類型分析

【摘要】:通過Kaya恒等式擴(kuò)展,將萬元工業(yè)增加值取水量變化的驅(qū)動(dòng)作用分解為區(qū)域工業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)、行業(yè)節(jié)水效率和行業(yè)用水效益3個(gè)方面;采用對(duì)數(shù)均值迪氏指標(biāo)分解方法(LMDI),提出基于行業(yè)尺度的區(qū)域萬元工業(yè)增加值取水量變化的驅(qū)動(dòng)作用、類型與對(duì)策.河南省2008-2013年的面板數(shù)據(jù)研究表明:用水效益的正向驅(qū)動(dòng)作用持續(xù)穩(wěn)定,是河南萬元工業(yè)增加值取水量下降的主要驅(qū)動(dòng)因素,工業(yè)節(jié)水建設(shè)的成效逐步顯現(xiàn),工業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整的驅(qū)動(dòng)作用有待加強(qiáng);在劃分的強(qiáng)抑制、弱抑制、弱推動(dòng)和強(qiáng)推動(dòng)4種行業(yè)類型中,強(qiáng)抑制和強(qiáng)推動(dòng)行業(yè)是決定區(qū)域萬元工業(yè)增加值取水量變化的重點(diǎn),提出基于行業(yè)驅(qū)動(dòng)特征的河南省降低萬元工業(yè)增加值取水量的對(duì)策建議.將Kaya模型拓展,并應(yīng)用于行業(yè)尺度的水資源研究,將應(yīng)對(duì)水資源危機(jī)的對(duì)策分解落實(shí)到具體的行業(yè),有針對(duì)性地給出政策建議,具有理論和實(shí)際雙重意義.
[Abstract]:Through the expansion of Kaya identity, the driving effect of the change of water intake of ten thousand yuan industrial added value is decomposed into three aspects: regional industrial structure, industry water saving efficiency and industry water use benefit. This paper presents the driving effect, types and countermeasures of the change of regional industrial value added based on industry scale by using the logarithmic mean Dee index decomposition method (LMDI),). The panel data of Henan Province from 2008 to 2013 show that: the positive driving effect of water use efficiency is stable, which is the main driving factor for the decline of water intake in the industrial value added of 10 thousand yuan in Henan Province, and the effect of industrial water saving construction gradually appears. The driving effect of industrial structure adjustment needs to be strengthened; Among the four types of industries classified as strong inhibition, weak push and strong push, strong inhibition and strong push are the key points in determining the change of the value added water of 10,000 yuan industry in the region. Based on the industry-driven characteristics, the countermeasures and suggestions for reducing the water intake of ten thousand yuan industrial added value in Henan Province are put forward. The Kaya model is extended and applied to the study of water resources on an industry-scale. The countermeasures to deal with the water resources crisis are decomposed into specific industries, and the policy recommendations are given, which are of both theoretical and practical significance.
