一汽集團(tuán)主數(shù)據(jù)管理建設(shè)規(guī)劃及策略研究

【摘要】:汽車工業(yè)近年來發(fā)展迅速,目前我國已經(jīng)成為全球第一大汽車產(chǎn)銷國,產(chǎn)品日益豐富,現(xiàn)在已經(jīng)覆蓋高中低檔各種車型。但是,我國僅僅是一個(gè)汽車產(chǎn)銷大國,距離汽車強(qiáng)國的距離還有很長一段路要走。企業(yè)信息化是對(duì)于汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)就是指運(yùn)用現(xiàn)代通信、計(jì)算機(jī)、網(wǎng)絡(luò)、數(shù)據(jù)庫等技術(shù)為基礎(chǔ),對(duì)企業(yè)內(nèi)部產(chǎn)品誕生過程、批量制造過程、訂單服務(wù)過程等主要生產(chǎn)業(yè)務(wù)實(shí)現(xiàn)過程數(shù)字化,可以極大的提高過程執(zhí)行效率,方便其進(jìn)行優(yōu)化企業(yè)資源配置,提高企業(yè)核心競爭力。而在企業(yè)信息化建設(shè)規(guī)模化發(fā)展以后,如何整合現(xiàn)有數(shù)據(jù)資源,充分發(fā)揮數(shù)據(jù)本身作用成為信息化部門的難題。本文以中國第一汽車集團(tuán)公司的主數(shù)據(jù)管理研究為例,通過對(duì)信息化和主數(shù)據(jù)管理現(xiàn)狀及問題分析,形成了集團(tuán)公司主數(shù)據(jù)管理規(guī)劃方案及建設(shè)步驟和策略。本論文的研究分為五個(gè)章節(jié),第一章介紹了研究的背景、目的、意義、內(nèi)容和方法,從研究的背景中提出了目前一汽集團(tuán)信息化建設(shè)所面臨的數(shù)據(jù)問題及大體解決措施。然后指出本文研究的目的和意義,旨在通過理論的分析和行業(yè)先進(jìn)企業(yè)在主數(shù)據(jù)管理現(xiàn)實(shí)實(shí)踐,建設(shè)性地提出一汽集團(tuán)公司主數(shù)據(jù)管理規(guī)劃及策略并簡要分析了給一汽集團(tuán)帶來的價(jià)值。第二章闡述了主數(shù)據(jù)、主數(shù)據(jù)管理的理論,通過對(duì)比行業(yè)最佳實(shí)踐給出主數(shù)據(jù)管理的具體分類并明確提出主數(shù)據(jù)管理的內(nèi)容及組成部分,然后根據(jù)主數(shù)據(jù)成熟度模型簡要分析目前集團(tuán)主數(shù)據(jù)管理的階段狀態(tài),最后結(jié)合集團(tuán)信息化管理現(xiàn)狀闡明了主數(shù)據(jù)管理的意義。第三章著重介紹了企業(yè)概況、企業(yè)信息化概況、企業(yè)數(shù)據(jù)管理概況和主數(shù)據(jù)管理概況,并有效地針對(duì)主數(shù)據(jù)管理的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了業(yè)務(wù)和系統(tǒng)兩個(gè)維度的分析和查找,明確指出企業(yè)現(xiàn)有主數(shù)據(jù)管理的問題。第四章結(jié)合主數(shù)據(jù)管理的現(xiàn)狀及問題提出主數(shù)據(jù)管理的總體目標(biāo),將其拆分為業(yè)務(wù)目標(biāo)及IT目標(biāo),并從系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn)角度明確了功能架構(gòu)、接口集成等原則,最后模擬驗(yàn)證了主數(shù)據(jù)系統(tǒng)與企業(yè)業(yè)務(wù)系統(tǒng)數(shù)據(jù)交互的可行性。第五章給出了主數(shù)據(jù)建設(shè)策略,分別在項(xiàng)目管理、人員保障、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)控制及數(shù)據(jù)安全等方面進(jìn)行開展,有效地保障了主數(shù)據(jù)管理規(guī)劃的落地。本論文的研究是制定了一套主數(shù)據(jù)管理規(guī)劃及策略,通過建設(shè)統(tǒng)一的規(guī)則及管理流程保障一汽集團(tuán)內(nèi)部數(shù)據(jù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的唯一性,為企業(yè)數(shù)據(jù)資源的整合及更好地發(fā)揮數(shù)據(jù)本身作用打下堅(jiān)實(shí)的基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:The automobile industry has developed rapidly in recent years. At present, our country has become the largest country of automobile production and sale in the world. However, China is only a large country of automobile production and marketing, and still has a long way to go. Enterprise informatization refers to the application of modern communication, computer, network, database and other technologies to the automobile industry, the birth process of products within the enterprise, and the mass manufacturing process. The digitization of the main production business, such as order service process, can greatly improve the efficiency of process execution, facilitate the optimization of enterprise resource allocation and enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises. After the large-scale development of enterprise information construction, how to integrate the existing data resources and give full play to the role of the data itself has become a difficult problem for the information department. This paper takes the research on master data management of China first Automobile Group Company as an example, through the analysis of the current situation and problems of information and master data management, forms the master data management planning scheme, construction steps and strategies of the group company. The research of this paper is divided into five chapters. The first chapter introduces the background, purpose, significance, content and method of the research. From the background of the research, the paper puts forward the data problems faced by FAW Group informatization construction and the general solution measures. Then points out the purpose and significance of this study, through theoretical analysis and industry advanced enterprises in the practice of master data management, This paper puts forward the master data management plan and strategy of FAW Group Company and briefly analyzes the value it brings to FAW Group. The second chapter describes the master data, master data management theory, through the comparison of industry best practices to give a specific classification of master data management and clearly put forward the main data management content and components, Then according to the master data maturity model, the paper briefly analyzes the stage state of the group master data management, and finally expounds the significance of the master data management combined with the current situation of the group information management. The third chapter focuses on the general situation of enterprise, enterprise information, enterprise data management and master data management, and effectively analyzes and finds out the two dimensions of business and system in view of the current situation of master data management. This paper points out the existing problems of master data management in enterprises. The fourth chapter puts forward the overall goal of master data management according to the current situation and problems of master data management, divides it into business objectives and IT objectives, and clarifies the principles of functional architecture and interface integration from the point of view of system implementation. Finally, the simulation verifies the feasibility of the data interaction between the master data system and the enterprise business system. The fifth chapter gives the master data construction strategy, which is carried out in the aspects of project management, personnel support, risk control and data security, which effectively ensures the landing of master data management planning. The research of this paper is to establish a set of master data management planning and strategy, through the construction of unified rules and management process to ensure the uniqueness of the internal data standards of FAW Group. For the integration of enterprise data resources and better play the role of data itself lay a solid foundation.
