【摘要】：此文主要論述了我國裝備制造業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新系統(tǒng)中企業(yè)主體的能動性問題。首先梳理了我國裝備制造業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀及問題,在此背景下,提出提高裝備制造業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新系統(tǒng)中企業(yè)主體的能動性對我國裝備制造業(yè)進(jìn)一步發(fā)展起到重要作用,并進(jìn)一步對我國裝備制造業(yè)企業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新的能動性進(jìn)行界定和具體分析。根據(jù)創(chuàng)新的概念,在綜合之前文獻(xiàn)的基礎(chǔ)上,提出我國裝備制造業(yè)企業(yè)的能動性大體可以分解為能力方面和動力方面,在能力方面,指出外部要素的利用能力、內(nèi)部要素的管理能力和內(nèi)外部要素的整合能力構(gòu)成了企業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新能力的三個(gè)重要部分;在動力方面,盡管文獻(xiàn)中主要涉及市場力、科技力和政策力為企業(yè)技術(shù)進(jìn)步的重要動力要素,此文所提出的能動性更強(qiáng)調(diào)企業(yè)所內(nèi)生的自覺性和主動性,而非外在的拉動力,這是因?yàn)槠髽I(yè)內(nèi)部的動力才是技術(shù)創(chuàng)新能動性的不竭來源。此文最后針對我國裝備制造業(yè)企業(yè)主體技術(shù)創(chuàng)新的能力和動力方面,提出了提高其能動性的一些初步建議。
[Abstract]:This paper mainly discusses the dynamic role of enterprises in the technological innovation system of China's equipment manufacturing industry. Firstly, this paper combs the present situation and problems of the technological innovation development of China's equipment manufacturing industry. Under this background, it puts forward that improving the initiative of the enterprise main body in the equipment manufacturing industry technological innovation system will play an important role in the further development of our equipment manufacturing industry. Furthermore, the dynamic role of technological innovation in China's equipment manufacturing enterprises is defined and analyzed in detail. According to the concept of innovation and on the basis of synthesizing the previous literature, the paper points out that the initiative of equipment manufacturing enterprises in our country can be decomposed into capability and power, and in the aspect of capability, it points out the ability of utilizing external factors. The management ability of internal elements and the integration ability of internal and external factors constitute the three important parts of the technological innovation ability of enterprises; In terms of motivation, although the literature mainly deals with market power, scientific and technological power and policy power as important driving factors for the technological progress of enterprises, the initiative proposed in this paper emphasizes the endogenous consciousness and initiative of the enterprise rather than the external pull power. This is because the motive force inside the enterprise is the inexhaustible source of technological innovation initiative. In the end, the paper puts forward some preliminary suggestions on how to improve the initiative of the main body of the equipment manufacturing enterprises in China in terms of their ability and power of technological innovation.
