【摘要】：在中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)進(jìn)入中低速增長(zhǎng)的新常態(tài)和國(guó)家加大產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整、節(jié)能減排政策力度的背景下,高載能產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展態(tài)勢(shì)逐年疲軟。此外,由于高載能產(chǎn)業(yè)用能成本占比較大,未來(lái)電力市場(chǎng)電價(jià)的波動(dòng)存在不確定性,也會(huì)在一定程度上影響高載能產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展,從而對(duì)地區(qū)負(fù)荷的穩(wěn)定和發(fā)展造成影響。根據(jù)高載能產(chǎn)業(yè)的成本構(gòu)成,應(yīng)用多因素敏感度分析法建立了企業(yè)電價(jià)承受能力測(cè)算模型。結(jié)合現(xiàn)階段高載能行業(yè)所面臨的市場(chǎng)環(huán)境,對(duì)其電價(jià)承受能力進(jìn)行分析,并指出未來(lái)電力市場(chǎng)電價(jià)的波動(dòng)是對(duì)地區(qū)用電市場(chǎng)發(fā)展一個(gè)重大考驗(yàn)。
[Abstract]:Under the background of China's economy entering the new normal of medium and low speed growth and the state increasing the adjustment of industrial structure and the policy of energy saving and emission reduction, the development situation of high energy carrying industry is weak year by year. In addition, the fluctuation of electricity price in the future electricity market will affect the development of high-energy industry to a certain extent, which will affect the stability and development of regional load. According to the cost structure of high energy carrying industry, the model of electricity price bearing capacity of enterprise is established by using multifactor sensitivity analysis method. Combined with the market environment facing the high-energy industry at present, this paper analyzes its electricity price bearing capacity, and points out that the fluctuation of the electricity price in the future electricity market is an important test for the development of the regional electricity market.
