基于SEM模型和博弈分析的建筑工業(yè)化激勵(lì)機(jī)制研究

【摘要】:建筑業(yè)對(duì)我國(guó)GDP有直接影響,然而當(dāng)前我國(guó)建筑業(yè)產(chǎn)值利潤(rùn)率相比于其他工業(yè)明顯偏低,建筑生產(chǎn)方式仍屬于粗放式生產(chǎn),傳統(tǒng)建造方式造成高能耗、高污染、建筑壽命短以及勞動(dòng)生產(chǎn)率偏低等問題。由此,國(guó)家及各地政府近年來積極推行眾多政策,工業(yè)化評(píng)價(jià)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)及各省的規(guī)范標(biāo)準(zhǔn)也先后發(fā)布,并將“推動(dòng)建筑工業(yè)化”歸入十三五規(guī)劃。在此背景下,本文通過研究我國(guó)建筑工業(yè)化驅(qū)動(dòng)影響因素,從不同利益主體的動(dòng)機(jī)出發(fā),研究激勵(lì)機(jī)制機(jī)理,制定適合國(guó)情的激勵(lì)機(jī)制和激勵(lì)策略。本文首先對(duì)建筑工業(yè)化發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀、建筑工業(yè)化影響因素、演化博弈理論和激勵(lì)機(jī)制的國(guó)內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行文獻(xiàn)總結(jié)和整理分析。在提出激勵(lì)政策理論分析框架的基礎(chǔ)上,分別研究激勵(lì)要素、激勵(lì)強(qiáng)度和激勵(lì)內(nèi)容。從行為理論和供求關(guān)系的角度選取“企業(yè)維度”、“消費(fèi)者維度”和“產(chǎn)品性能”三個(gè)維度作為研究分類的主線,選取變量并提出假設(shè),構(gòu)建建筑工業(yè)化驅(qū)動(dòng)因素結(jié)構(gòu)模型。再對(duì)模型中的變量設(shè)計(jì)調(diào)查問卷,對(duì)企業(yè)和消費(fèi)者分別進(jìn)行調(diào)查。經(jīng)實(shí)證確認(rèn)了對(duì)建筑工業(yè)化驅(qū)動(dòng)的正相關(guān)因素及因素間的關(guān)系,理論分析和實(shí)證研究相結(jié)合為激勵(lì)政策的提出提供支持。基于模型的三個(gè)維度,提取建筑工業(yè)化驅(qū)動(dòng)因素模型的重要市場(chǎng)主體——即政府、開發(fā)商和消費(fèi)者。建立政府和開發(fā)商、政府和消費(fèi)者以及三者的的博弈模型,將定量研究和定性分析相結(jié)合,再次驗(yàn)證激勵(lì)的必要性并確定了激勵(lì)力度,為設(shè)計(jì)激勵(lì)機(jī)制提供基礎(chǔ)。最后從經(jīng)濟(jì)、消費(fèi)、技術(shù)和管理四個(gè)方面確立激勵(lì)機(jī)制并為政府、企業(yè)和消費(fèi)者提出激勵(lì)策略。
[Abstract]:The construction industry has a direct impact on China's GDP. However, the profit margin of China's construction industry is obviously lower than that of other industries, the construction production mode is still extensive production, and the traditional construction mode causes high energy consumption and high pollution. Short construction life and low labor productivity and other problems. Therefore, in recent years, the government of our country and other regions have actively carried out many policies, and the evaluation standard of industrialization and the standard of each province have been issued successively, and "promoting the industrialization of buildings" has been classified as the 13th Five-Year Plan. Under this background, this paper studies the driving factors of construction industrialization in China, starting from the motivation of different stakeholders, studies the mechanism of incentive mechanism, and formulates the incentive mechanism and incentive strategy suitable for the national conditions. Firstly, this paper summarizes and analyzes the status quo of the development of architectural industrialization, the influencing factors of architectural industrialization, the evolutionary game theory and the incentive mechanism at home and abroad. On the basis of theoretical analysis framework of incentive policy, incentive elements, incentive intensity and incentive content are studied respectively. From the angle of behavior theory and supply and demand relationship, three dimensions of "enterprise dimension", "consumer dimension" and "product performance" are selected as the main line of research classification, and variables are selected and hypotheses are put forward to construct the structural model of the driving factors of construction industrialization. Then the variables in the model design questionnaire, enterprises and consumers were investigated. The positive correlation factors and the relationship between the positive factors and the factors driven by construction industrialization are confirmed empirically. The combination of theoretical analysis and empirical research provides support for the proposal of incentive policies. Based on the three dimensions of the model, the important market agents of the driving factor model of construction industrialization are extracted, that is, government, developer and consumer. The game model of government, developer, government and consumer is established, which combines quantitative research with qualitative analysis, verifies the necessity of incentive again and determines the incentive force, which provides the basis for designing incentive mechanism. Finally, the incentive mechanism is established from the four aspects of economy, consumption, technology and management, and the incentive strategy is put forward for the government, enterprises and consumers.
