【摘要】：為了進(jìn)一步研究東北三省建筑業(yè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展能力,實(shí)現(xiàn)東北老工業(yè)基地全面振興,本文從建筑業(yè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展效率分析的視角,選取了20032015年?yáng)|北三省建筑業(yè)有關(guān)投入產(chǎn)出的相關(guān)指標(biāo),基于數(shù)據(jù)包絡(luò)分析方法,構(gòu)建了以從業(yè)人員、固定資產(chǎn)投資、技術(shù)裝備率為投入指標(biāo),以竣工面積、建筑業(yè)總產(chǎn)值、利稅總額為輸出指標(biāo)的評(píng)價(jià)分析模型。分析結(jié)果表明:東北三省個(gè)別年份的建筑業(yè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展效率無(wú)效多是因?yàn)榧夹g(shù)創(chuàng)新投入不足。為了進(jìn)一步驗(yàn)證分析結(jié)果的準(zhǔn)確性,利用Tobit模型對(duì)影響建筑業(yè)發(fā)展效率因素進(jìn)行了回歸分析,所得結(jié)果與DEA分析基本一致。說(shuō)明東北三省建筑業(yè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展能力的提高,與政府和企業(yè)充分發(fā)揮其主體地位作用是密切相關(guān)的。
[Abstract]:In order to further study the sustainable development ability of the construction industry in the three provinces of Northeast China and realize the comprehensive revitalization of the old industrial base in Northeast China, this paper analyzes the efficiency of the sustainable development of the construction industry from the perspective of the analysis. Based on the data envelopment analysis method, this paper selects the relative indexes of the construction industry in the three provinces of Northeast China from 2003 to 2015, and constructs the input index of the employees, the investment of fixed assets and the rate of technical equipment, in order to complete the area and the gross output value of the construction industry. The total amount of interest and tax is the evaluation and analysis model of the output index. The results show that the inefficiency of sustainable development of construction industry in three provinces of Northeast China is due to insufficient investment in technological innovation. In order to further verify the accuracy of the analysis results, the factors affecting the development efficiency of the construction industry were analyzed by using Tobit model, and the results were in good agreement with the DEA analysis. It shows that the improvement of the sustainable development ability of the construction industry in the three provinces of Northeast China is closely related to the government and enterprises giving full play to their main role.
