【摘要】：以價(jià)值鏈管理理論研究為基礎(chǔ)、海爾集團(tuán)管理體系的發(fā)展變革為主線,對(duì)海爾集團(tuán)流程再造、構(gòu)建企業(yè)內(nèi)部?jī)r(jià)值鏈、將外部用戶和供應(yīng)商加入企業(yè)內(nèi)部?jī)r(jià)值鏈的管理進(jìn)行研究,結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn),在整個(gè)過(guò)程中,海爾集團(tuán)并沒有丟棄之前的管理制度,而是一直將其作為最基礎(chǔ)的管理制度沿用,這使得海爾集團(tuán)的管理變革形成了一個(gè)完整的體系。對(duì)海爾集團(tuán)基于價(jià)值鏈的管理體系進(jìn)行總結(jié)分析后,得出海爾集團(tuán)作為中國(guó)制造業(yè)的標(biāo)桿企業(yè)在管理方面的三點(diǎn)啟示。
[Abstract]:Based on the research of value chain management theory and the development and transformation of Haier Group management system, this paper studies the management of Haier Group's process reengineering, constructing internal value chain and adding external users and suppliers to the internal value chain. The result shows that in the whole process, Haier Group does not abandon the previous management system, but always uses it as the most basic management system, which makes the management reform of Haier Group form a complete system. After summing up and analyzing the management system of Haier Group based on the value chain, this paper draws three inspirations from Haier Group as a benchmark enterprise in China's manufacturing industry.
