【摘要】：科研院所外事工作既是對(duì)外合作的橋梁與窗口,也是提高科研能力建設(shè)的重要組成部分。本文結(jié)合北京礦冶研究總院外事管理工作實(shí)踐,介紹了外事管理工作的主要內(nèi)容,總結(jié)和分析了外事管理工作的相關(guān)經(jīng)驗(yàn),闡述了在推動(dòng)科研院所國際化進(jìn)程中外事工作的薄弱環(huán)節(jié),系統(tǒng)分析探討了如何積極有效推動(dòng)科研院所外事管理工作和服務(wù)水平。
[Abstract]:The foreign affairs work of scientific research institutes is not only a bridge and window for foreign cooperation, but also an important part of improving scientific research capacity. Based on the practice of foreign affairs management in Beijing General Institute of Mining and Metallurgical Research, this paper introduces the main contents of foreign affairs management, summarizes and analyzes the relevant experience of foreign affairs management. This paper expounds the weak links of foreign affairs work in the process of promoting the internationalization of scientific research institutes, and systematically analyzes and probes into how to actively and effectively promote the foreign affairs management and service level of scientific research institutes.
