【摘要】:隨著高新技術(shù)的快速發(fā)展,特別是互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+、物聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)的高速發(fā)展,促使產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)步伐加快,機(jī)器人將廣泛應(yīng)用于各行各業(yè),其應(yīng)用范圍和領(lǐng)域?qū)o(wú)可限量,有著巨大的發(fā)展?jié)摿褪袌?chǎng)容量,對(duì)人們的工作、生活產(chǎn)生重大影響,同時(shí)推動(dòng)經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)發(fā)生深刻變化。為促進(jìn)社會(huì)全面進(jìn)步,提高人們生活品味和幸福指數(shù),以及機(jī)器人產(chǎn)業(yè)巨大的市場(chǎng)發(fā)展?jié)摿蜕虣C(jī),QYG集團(tuán)決定全力進(jìn)入機(jī)器人產(chǎn)業(yè),力圖搶占機(jī)器人市場(chǎng)高地。QYG集團(tuán)究竟采用何種發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,在這場(chǎng)機(jī)器人新技術(shù)革命中取得競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì),促進(jìn)機(jī)器人產(chǎn)業(yè)做大做強(qiáng),非常值得探討和研究。本文以QYG集團(tuán)機(jī)器人產(chǎn)品為實(shí)證研究對(duì)象,在理順選題背景、研究意義、國(guó)內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀、研究方法、研究思路等方面的內(nèi)容的前提下,堅(jiān)持以戰(zhàn)略管理理論為指導(dǎo),采用資料歸納法、實(shí)證分析法、PEST分析、五力模型、SWOT分析等研究方法,針對(duì)QYG集團(tuán)機(jī)器人產(chǎn)品的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,介紹QYG集團(tuán)的總體情況、機(jī)器人產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,運(yùn)用PEST分析企業(yè)所處的宏觀環(huán)境,運(yùn)用波特“五力模型”分析企業(yè)所處的行業(yè)環(huán)境,對(duì)其戰(zhàn)略選擇和戰(zhàn)略實(shí)施等展開研究。首先深入分析產(chǎn)業(yè)所面臨的宏觀環(huán)境和行業(yè)環(huán)境,以及內(nèi)部所擁有的資源和能力;然后通過(guò)SWOT分析產(chǎn)業(yè)外部的機(jī)遇和挑戰(zhàn)以及內(nèi)部的優(yōu)勢(shì)和劣勢(shì),從而提出切實(shí)可行的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,構(gòu)建其核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力和發(fā)展優(yōu)勢(shì)。本文認(rèn)為QYG集團(tuán):從戰(zhàn)略實(shí)施上,(1)完善各項(xiàng)管理制度,提高科學(xué)化管理水平;(2)加大科研資源投入,提升科技創(chuàng)新能力;(3)實(shí)施海內(nèi)外兼并重組戰(zhàn)略,做大做強(qiáng)產(chǎn)業(yè)規(guī)模;(4)實(shí)施品牌戰(zhàn)略,構(gòu)建市場(chǎng)高地;(5)優(yōu)化整合營(yíng)銷網(wǎng)絡(luò),提高市場(chǎng)占有率;(6)加強(qiáng)人力資源管理,促進(jìn)各類優(yōu)秀人才脫穎而出;(7)加強(qiáng)企業(yè)核心文化建設(shè),助推機(jī)器人產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展。從戰(zhàn)略控制上:(1)合理設(shè)定考核標(biāo)準(zhǔn);(2)準(zhǔn)確測(cè)定實(shí)際業(yè)績(jī);(3)確認(rèn)實(shí)績(jī)與標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的差距;(4)實(shí)施切實(shí)可行的糾正措施。研究最后是對(duì)整篇選題文章進(jìn)行總結(jié),得出企業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的相關(guān)結(jié)論以及不足之處和后續(xù)研究方向。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of high and new technology, especially the rapid development of Internet of things and Internet of things, the pace of industrial transformation and upgrading will be accelerated. Robots will be widely used in various industries, and its application scope and fields will be unlimited. With great development potential and market capacity, it has a great impact on people's work and life, and promotes profound changes in economic structure. In order to promote the overall progress of society, improve people's life taste and happiness index, as well as the huge market development potential and business opportunities of the robot industry, QYG Group decided to fully enter the robot industry. This paper tries to seize the high ground of robot market. What kind of development strategy is adopted by QYG Group in order to gain the competitive advantage in this new technology revolution of robot and promote the robot industry to be bigger and stronger, which is worth discussing and studying. Under the premise of straightening out the background, significance, research status, research methods, research ideas and so on, this paper takes the QYG group robot products as the empirical research object, and insists on the strategic management theory as the guidance. Based on the methods of data induction, empirical analysis, PEST analysis, five-force model and SWOT analysis, this paper introduces the general situation of QYG group and the present situation of robot industry, aiming at the present situation of the development of robot products in QYG Group. Using PEST to analyze the macroscopical environment of the enterprise, using Porter's "five forces model" to analyze the industry environment of the enterprise, and carrying out the research on its strategy choice and strategy implementation. Firstly, the macro environment and industry environment, as well as the internal resources and capabilities of the industry are analyzed in depth, and then the external opportunities and challenges as well as the internal strengths and weaknesses of the industry are analyzed through SWOT. Thus put forward a feasible development strategy, build its core competitiveness and development advantages. This paper holds that QYG Group: from the strategic implementation, (1) improve the management system, improve the level of scientific management; (2) increase the input of scientific research resources, enhance the ability of scientific innovation; (3) implement the merger and reorganization strategy at home and abroad, (4) implement brand strategy and construct market high ground; (5) optimize integrated marketing network and increase market share; (6) strengthen human resource management to promote outstanding talents to stand out; (7) strengthen enterprise core culture construction. Promote the development of robot industry. From the aspect of strategic control: (1) setting the assessment standard reasonably; (2) measuring the actual achievement accurately; (3) confirming the gap between the actual performance and the standard; (4) carrying out practical corrective measures. At the end of the paper, the conclusion of the enterprise development strategy, the deficiency and the future research direction are obtained.
