【摘要】：伴隨著國(guó)民生活水平的提高,汽車已經(jīng)走入了千家萬戶的生活。汽車銷量也是飛速的增長(zhǎng),各種汽車品牌如雨后春筍般出現(xiàn)。消費(fèi)者對(duì)車型的選擇也是越來越多,越來越挑剔,越來越成熟。各大車企逐步意識(shí)到競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的激烈,為了占據(jù)更多市場(chǎng)份額,努力提高整車的性價(jià)比。整車的性價(jià)比不僅僅與整車廠的生產(chǎn)相關(guān),更多的是取決于外購(gòu)件的性價(jià)比。而外購(gòu)件的性價(jià)比與外購(gòu)件的生產(chǎn)準(zhǔn)備管理息息相關(guān)。在汽車行業(yè)里,生產(chǎn)汽車外購(gòu)件的生產(chǎn)準(zhǔn)備直接決定了整車廠的生產(chǎn)準(zhǔn)備。如果外購(gòu)件的生產(chǎn)準(zhǔn)備延期,會(huì)造成整車廠的生產(chǎn)準(zhǔn)備延期。外購(gòu)件的品質(zhì)也直接決定著整車的質(zhì)量。在投產(chǎn)前期把外購(gòu)件的品質(zhì)管控好,可以降低在整車批量生產(chǎn)中發(fā)生質(zhì)量問題的幾率,可以說整車的質(zhì)量是由外購(gòu)件生產(chǎn)準(zhǔn)備工作的質(zhì)量直接決定的。汽車企業(yè)也逐漸意識(shí)到外購(gòu)件生產(chǎn)準(zhǔn)備管理工作的必要性。如果把前期的生產(chǎn)準(zhǔn)備管理工作做好,就等于把整車投產(chǎn)后的質(zhì)量問題的預(yù)防工作做好,讓問題在萌芽狀態(tài)就被消除,避免事后處理。這樣既能保證整車的生產(chǎn)準(zhǔn)備日程,又可以降低車輛開發(fā)中的成本。因此,各大車企對(duì)于外購(gòu)件的生產(chǎn)準(zhǔn)備管理是極其重要的。眾說周知,日本豐田汽車在汽車行業(yè)里,應(yīng)該是成本和質(zhì)量控制最好的公司。而日本豐田汽車公司對(duì)于成本和質(zhì)量的控制不僅僅是局限在整車的生產(chǎn)過程中,而是從對(duì)外購(gòu)件的生產(chǎn)準(zhǔn)備管理階段就開始。長(zhǎng)春豐越公司作為日本豐田汽車公司在中國(guó)的生產(chǎn)工廠,參照日本豐田汽車公司的模式進(jìn)行外購(gòu)件的生產(chǎn)準(zhǔn)備管理。本文首先介紹長(zhǎng)春豐越公司外購(gòu)件生產(chǎn)準(zhǔn)備管理現(xiàn)狀及在外購(gòu)件生產(chǎn)準(zhǔn)備管理中存在的問題。通過對(duì)外購(gòu)件生產(chǎn)準(zhǔn)備管理存在問題的成因分析,闡述了長(zhǎng)春豐越公司外購(gòu)件生產(chǎn)準(zhǔn)備管理的三個(gè)改進(jìn)方案。并通過強(qiáng)化管理體制,完善流程標(biāo)準(zhǔn),加強(qiáng)人才培養(yǎng)的措施保障了三個(gè)改進(jìn)方案的順利實(shí)施。通過這些改進(jìn)方案的實(shí)施可以達(dá)到降低外購(gòu)件的生產(chǎn)成本,提高外購(gòu)件質(zhì)量的效果。希望通過對(duì)長(zhǎng)春豐越公司外購(gòu)件生產(chǎn)準(zhǔn)備管理的研究,能夠讓其他汽車企業(yè)得到啟發(fā)和重視,認(rèn)識(shí)到成本和質(zhì)量的控制不僅僅局限于在批量生產(chǎn)的控制,而是在外購(gòu)件生產(chǎn)準(zhǔn)備階段產(chǎn)品就開始。如果能夠重視并且認(rèn)真完成外購(gòu)件的生產(chǎn)準(zhǔn)備管理,可以在整車的批量生產(chǎn)中大大的降低成本,提高質(zhì)量。
[Abstract]:With the improvement of people's living standards, automobiles have entered the lives of millions of households. Sales of automobiles are also growing rapidly. Various automobile brands are springing up. Consumers are choosing more and more models, more and more picky, more and more mature. The performance-price ratio of the whole vehicle is not only related to the production of the whole vehicle factory, but also depends on the cost-performance ratio of the purchased parts. Preparation. If the production preparation of the purchased parts is delayed, the production preparation of the whole vehicle factory will be delayed. The quality of the purchased parts also directly determines the quality of the whole vehicle. The quality of the work is directly determined by the quality of the work. The automobile enterprises are gradually aware of the necessity of the management of production preparation for purchased parts. It is well known that Toyota Motor Company of Japan should be the best company in the automotive industry in terms of cost and quality control. Changchun Fengyue Automobile Company, as a Japanese Toyota Motor Company's production factory in China, refers to the Japanese Toyota Motor Company's mode of production preparation management of purchased parts. This paper first introduces the Changchun Fengyue Company's production of purchased parts. The present situation of preparation management and the problems existing in the management of production preparation for purchased parts are analyzed. Through the analysis of the causes of the problems existing in the management of production preparation for purchased parts, three improvement plans for the management of production preparation for purchased parts in Changchun Fengyue Company are expounded. It is hoped that through the study on the production preparation management of the purchased parts in Changchun Fengyue Company, other automobile enterprises can be inspired and valued, and realize that the control of cost and quality is not only the bureau. It is limited to the control of batch production, but the production preparation stage of the purchased parts begins. If we can pay attention to and carefully complete the production preparation management of the purchased parts, we can greatly reduce the cost and improve the quality of the vehicle in batch production.
