【摘要】：目前,我國城鎮(zhèn)化進程不斷加快,城鎮(zhèn)的人口數(shù)量不斷增加,規(guī)模也在不斷擴大。新型城鎮(zhèn)化要求著重提升質(zhì)量,要將生態(tài)發(fā)展理念作為主線,堅持將資源節(jié)約和環(huán)境保護作為原則,努力營造一個資源節(jié)約、生態(tài)文明、社會和諧、可持續(xù)發(fā)展的新局面。黨和國家將新型城鎮(zhèn)化當(dāng)作一個新的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,它是我國在未來五年、十年,甚至更長一段時間里,國家發(fā)展的一個主題。建筑業(yè)對我國國民經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展具有不可忽視的作用。新型城鎮(zhèn)化背景下,對建筑業(yè)提出來了新的要求。推動新型城鎮(zhèn)化建設(shè)與建筑業(yè)協(xié)同發(fā)展越來越引起來專家學(xué)者們的關(guān)注。文章首先闡述了新型城鎮(zhèn)化建設(shè)與建筑業(yè)相關(guān)的基礎(chǔ)性理論知識,結(jié)合當(dāng)前新型城鎮(zhèn)化建設(shè)與建筑業(yè)發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀,對新型城鎮(zhèn)化建設(shè)與建筑業(yè)協(xié)同發(fā)展的關(guān)系進行分析。在此基礎(chǔ)上,運用協(xié)同學(xué)理論和灰色系統(tǒng)理論,分別構(gòu)建了新型城鎮(zhèn)化建設(shè)灰色系統(tǒng)模型以及建筑業(yè)灰色系統(tǒng)模型。同時,通過灰色度選取的指標(biāo)進行篩選,建立新型城鎮(zhèn)化建設(shè)與建筑業(yè)發(fā)展函數(shù),為建立新型城鎮(zhèn)化建設(shè)與建筑業(yè)協(xié)調(diào)度模型服務(wù)。然后,運用模型,以安徽省為例,收集安徽省2000年到2015年十五年期間新型城鎮(zhèn)化建設(shè)系統(tǒng)14個指標(biāo)的相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)以及建筑業(yè)系統(tǒng)12個指標(biāo)的相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù),對這些相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)進行處理和分析,得到安徽省新型城鎮(zhèn)化建設(shè)系統(tǒng)與建筑業(yè)系統(tǒng)的序參量,并依次計算得到新型城鎮(zhèn)化建設(shè)系統(tǒng)和建筑業(yè)系統(tǒng)的發(fā)展函數(shù)值以及協(xié)調(diào)度值,根據(jù)計算結(jié)果做出安徽省新型城鎮(zhèn)化建設(shè)系統(tǒng)與建筑業(yè)系統(tǒng)發(fā)展函數(shù)圖以及協(xié)調(diào)度圖,對結(jié)果進行分析,找出可能存在的一系列問題。最后,基于理論分析和實證分析,對文章的結(jié)論進行總結(jié),同時從新型城鎮(zhèn)化建設(shè)與建筑業(yè)兩個方面提出相應(yīng)的對策建議,為促進新型城鎮(zhèn)化建設(shè)與建筑業(yè)協(xié)同發(fā)展提供借鑒。
[Abstract]:At present, the process of urbanization in China is accelerating, the population of cities and towns is increasing and the scale is expanding. The new urbanization demands to improve the quality, take the concept of ecological development as the main line, insist on the conservation of resources and environmental protection as the principle, and strive to create a new situation of resource saving, ecological civilization, social harmony and sustainable development. The Party and the country regard the new urbanization as a new development strategy, which is the theme of the development of our country in the next five years, ten years, or even a longer period of time. The construction industry plays an important role in the development of our national economy. Under the new urbanization background, put forward the new request to the construction industry. To promote the construction of new-type urbanization and the coordinated development of the construction industry is attracting more and more attention of experts and scholars. This paper first expounds the basic theoretical knowledge between the new urbanization construction and the construction industry, and analyzes the relationship between the new type urbanization construction and the construction industry coordinated development according to the current situation of the new type urbanization construction and the construction industry development. On this basis, using the theory of Synergetics and grey system theory, the grey system model of new urbanization construction and the construction industry grey system model are constructed respectively. At the same time, by selecting the index of grey degree, the function of new type urbanization construction and construction industry development is established, which serves for the establishment of coordination degree model between new type urbanization construction and construction industry. Then, using the model, taking Anhui Province as an example, we collect the relevant data of 14 indicators of the new urbanization construction system and 12 indicators of the construction system in Anhui Province from 2000 to 2015. By processing and analyzing these related data, the order parameters of the new urbanization construction system and the construction system in Anhui Province are obtained, and the development function value and the coordination degree value of the new urbanization construction system and the construction industry system are calculated in turn. According to the calculation results, the development function diagram and coordination degree diagram of the new urbanization construction system and the construction system in Anhui Province are made, and the results are analyzed, and a series of possible problems are found out. Finally, based on the theoretical analysis and empirical analysis, this paper summarizes the conclusions of the article, and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions from the two aspects of the new urbanization construction and the construction industry, so as to provide a reference for promoting the new type urbanization construction and the construction industry coordinated development.
