船舶制造過(guò)程中工程變更傳播的信息協(xié)同效果評(píng)價(jià)研究

【摘要】:眾所周知,復(fù)雜產(chǎn)品制造業(yè)關(guān)系著國(guó)家安全和國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì),其競(jìng)爭(zhēng)能力的強(qiáng)弱將會(huì)對(duì)國(guó)力的興衰造成直接的影響。船舶作為一種典型的復(fù)雜產(chǎn)品,因受到信息技術(shù)和經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化的雙重影響,船舶產(chǎn)品制造業(yè)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)環(huán)境產(chǎn)生了巨大的變革,主要體現(xiàn)在由傳統(tǒng)單件小批量的生產(chǎn)方式向多品種、更加個(gè)性化的制造方式轉(zhuǎn)變,新的制造方式使得復(fù)雜產(chǎn)品在其全生命周期內(nèi)更容易發(fā)生工程變更。因此為了更快地響應(yīng)變更,盡可能減少程變更帶來(lái)的損失,有必要對(duì)工程變更傳播的信息協(xié)同模式進(jìn)行研究,同時(shí)更需對(duì)變更信息協(xié)同效果進(jìn)行評(píng)估,從而為增強(qiáng)船舶產(chǎn)品制造企業(yè)的變更信息協(xié)同強(qiáng)度提供一種思路。本文首先介紹了船舶產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)制造全生命周期內(nèi)發(fā)生的工程變更信息協(xié)同和工程變更信息協(xié)同效果評(píng)估的研究現(xiàn)狀,發(fā)現(xiàn)對(duì)變更信息傳播的協(xié)同模式和變更信息傳播的協(xié)同效果評(píng)估的研究十分有必要。其次詳細(xì)系統(tǒng)地闡述了協(xié)同理論、信息協(xié)同度理論、信息生態(tài)理論和產(chǎn)品全生命周期理論,從信息生態(tài)視角研究工程變更信息傳播的協(xié)同模式,同時(shí)考慮船舶產(chǎn)品全生命周期內(nèi)變更信息傳播的協(xié)同效果。接著研究了船舶產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)制造工程變更傳播的信息協(xié)同模式,主要分為工程變更信息傳播的內(nèi)部協(xié)同模式和工程變更信息傳播的外部協(xié)同模式,在研究這兩種變更信息協(xié)同模式以及工程變更信息傳播特點(diǎn)的基礎(chǔ)上,分析影響變更信息協(xié)同效果的因素,并對(duì)原有信息協(xié)同效果評(píng)估的DSCC方法提出改進(jìn)措施,并根據(jù)新改進(jìn)的度量方法建立評(píng)估指標(biāo)體系,依據(jù)該體系建立工程變更信息傳播的協(xié)同效果評(píng)估模型,并對(duì)外部變更信息協(xié)同的效果進(jìn)行度量。最后,以CX船廠為例驗(yàn)證該評(píng)估模型的可行性和有效性,可計(jì)算得出該船廠的變更信息協(xié)同度,識(shí)別影響變更信息傳播協(xié)同效果的因素,可增強(qiáng)該船廠對(duì)工程變更信息的管理能力。
[Abstract]:As we all know, the manufacturing of complex products is related to national security and national economy, and the strength of its competitive power will have a direct impact on the rise and fall of national strength. As a typical complex product, because of the dual influence of information technology and economic globalization, the competitive environment of shipbuilding product manufacturing industry has brought great changes, mainly reflected in the traditional single-piece small batch production mode to many varieties. The more individualized manufacturing mode is changed, and the new manufacturing mode makes complex products more prone to engineering change in their whole life cycle. Therefore, in order to respond to the change more quickly and minimize the loss caused by the process change, it is necessary to study the information coordination mode of engineering change communication and evaluate the effect of the information coordination. Thus, it provides a way to enhance the cooperative strength of change information in shipbuilding enterprises. This paper first introduces the research status of engineering change information coordination and engineering change information coordination evaluation in the whole life cycle of ship product design and manufacture. It is found that it is necessary to study the cooperative mode of change information communication and the evaluation of cooperative effect of change information communication. Secondly, the theory of collaboration, the theory of information synergy, the theory of information ecology and the theory of whole product life cycle are elaborated in detail, and the cooperative mode of information communication of engineering change is studied from the perspective of information ecology. At the same time, the cooperative effect of the change information dissemination in the whole life cycle of ship product is considered. Secondly, the information coordination mode of ship product design and manufacturing engineering change communication is studied, which is divided into the internal coordination mode of engineering change information communication and the external collaborative mode of engineering change information communication. On the basis of studying the two modes of change information coordination and the characteristics of engineering change information dissemination, this paper analyzes the factors that affect the effect of change information coordination, and puts forward some improvement measures for the original DSCC method for evaluating the effect of information coordination. The evaluation index system is established according to the new improved measurement method, and the cooperative effect evaluation model of engineering change information dissemination is established according to this system, and the effect of external change information coordination is measured. Finally, taking CX shipyard as an example to verify the feasibility and validity of the evaluation model, we can calculate the coordination degree of the change information of the shipyard and identify the factors that affect the synergistic effect of the dissemination of the change information. It can enhance the management ability of the shipyard to the engineering change information.
