技術(shù)能力對(duì)制造業(yè)服務(wù)化績(jī)效的影響研究

【摘要】:在全球制造業(yè)格局重大調(diào)整的環(huán)境下,傳統(tǒng)制造企業(yè)為了爭(zhēng)取價(jià)值鏈的高端位置,紛紛開(kāi)始關(guān)注產(chǎn)品以外的服務(wù)提供并開(kāi)始把業(yè)務(wù)延伸到服務(wù)領(lǐng)域,“服務(wù)化”現(xiàn)象愈來(lái)愈熱。在我國(guó),制造業(yè)服務(wù)化是“中國(guó)制造2025”國(guó)家戰(zhàn)略的戰(zhàn)略途徑之一,也是中國(guó)多數(shù)傳統(tǒng)制造企業(yè)擺脫加工制造的低利潤(rùn)環(huán)節(jié),建立新競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)的又一可行戰(zhàn)略。我國(guó)制造企業(yè)要做的“服務(wù)化”是把服務(wù)融入制造業(yè),以服務(wù)為導(dǎo)向進(jìn)行產(chǎn)品的生產(chǎn)制造,而不是“去制造”。在這個(gè)過(guò)程中,產(chǎn)品始終是核心,所有的服務(wù)都是圍繞產(chǎn)品核心技術(shù)的精深和延伸,技術(shù)能力是服務(wù)化轉(zhuǎn)型的基礎(chǔ),如何依賴(lài)技術(shù)能力提升制造業(yè)服務(wù)化績(jī)效是企業(yè)面臨的難題。因此,基于這些現(xiàn)實(shí)背景,本文要研究的問(wèn)題是:制造企業(yè)如何依靠自身的技術(shù)能力促進(jìn)服務(wù)化的轉(zhuǎn)型,保證服務(wù)化的效果。本文以進(jìn)行服務(wù)化轉(zhuǎn)型的制造企業(yè)為研究對(duì)象,依據(jù)制造業(yè)服務(wù)化理論和企業(yè)能力理論,運(yùn)用多元回歸分析和結(jié)構(gòu)方程模型分析方法,對(duì)技術(shù)能力與制造業(yè)服務(wù)化績(jī)效間的關(guān)系進(jìn)行研究。首先,對(duì)技術(shù)能力、服務(wù)創(chuàng)新能力和服務(wù)化績(jī)效三個(gè)變量的研究文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行了梳理。然后,通過(guò)理論分析闡述了三者之間的關(guān)系,并構(gòu)建了理論模型。接著,根據(jù)相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)確定研究變量的測(cè)量指標(biāo),并進(jìn)行預(yù)試問(wèn)卷的設(shè)計(jì)、分析,最終確定了正式調(diào)查問(wèn)卷,本研究采用Likert五級(jí)評(píng)分法進(jìn)行問(wèn)卷調(diào)查。最后,收集到366份有效問(wèn)卷的數(shù)據(jù),運(yùn)用SPSS23.0和AMOSE17.0統(tǒng)計(jì)軟件進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)分析,通過(guò)相關(guān)分析、回歸分析、結(jié)構(gòu)方程模型進(jìn)行了假設(shè)檢驗(yàn)。實(shí)證研究結(jié)果表明:①技術(shù)能力正向影響制造業(yè)服務(wù)化績(jī)效;②技術(shù)能力正向促進(jìn)服務(wù)創(chuàng)新能力的提升;③服務(wù)創(chuàng)新能力在技術(shù)能力與制造業(yè)服務(wù)化績(jī)效的關(guān)系中起部分中介作用,即技術(shù)能力可以通過(guò)服務(wù)創(chuàng)新能力對(duì)制造業(yè)服務(wù)化績(jī)效產(chǎn)生顯著的正向影響。本文的研究結(jié)果既豐富了服務(wù)化理論,又對(duì)制造企業(yè)進(jìn)行服務(wù)化轉(zhuǎn)型提供可行的理論指導(dǎo)。
[Abstract]:Under the environment of global manufacturing industry adjustment, traditional manufacturing enterprises begin to pay attention to the service supply outside products and extend their business to the service field in order to strive for the high-end position of the value chain. The phenomenon of "service" becomes more and more hot. In China, the service-oriented manufacturing industry is one of the strategic approaches to the national strategy of "made in China 2025". It is also a feasible strategy for most traditional manufacturing enterprises to get rid of the low profit link of processing and manufacturing and to establish new competitive advantages. What Chinese manufacturing enterprises should do is to integrate service into manufacturing, and to manufacture products based on service, not to manufacture. In this process, the product is always the core, all the services are around the product core technology depth and extension, the technical capability is the foundation of the service transformation. How to rely on the technical ability to improve the service performance of manufacturing industry is a difficult problem faced by enterprises. Therefore, based on these realistic background, the problem to be studied in this paper is how to promote the transformation of service by relying on its own technical capability, and to ensure the effect of service. Based on the theory of manufacturing service and the theory of enterprise capability, this paper applies multiple regression analysis and structural equation model analysis method. The relationship between technical capability and service performance of manufacturing industry is studied. First of all, the technical ability, service innovation ability and service performance three variables of research literature were combed. Then, the relationship between the three is explained through theoretical analysis, and a theoretical model is constructed. Then, according to the relevant literature to determine the measurement indicators of the research variables, and pre-test questionnaire design, analysis, the final determination of the formal questionnaire, this study uses the Likert five-level scoring method for the questionnaire survey. Finally, the data of 366 valid questionnaires were collected and analyzed by SPSS23.0 and AMOSE17.0, and the hypothesis was tested by correlation analysis, regression analysis and structural equation model. The empirical results show that the technological capability of 1 positively affects the service performance of the manufacturing industry and the technological capability of the manufacturing industry positively promotes the enhancement of the ability of service innovation. (3) Service innovation ability plays an intermediary role in the relationship between technology capability and service performance of manufacturing industry, that is, technology ability can have a significant positive impact on service performance of manufacturing industry through service innovation ability. The research results of this paper not only enrich the theory of service, but also provide feasible theoretical guidance for the service transformation of manufacturing enterprises.
