【摘要】：供應(yīng)鏈管理是企業(yè)管理中較為重要的內(nèi)容。供應(yīng)鏈管理的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)就成為企業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的關(guān)鍵內(nèi)容。供應(yīng)鏈管理的優(yōu)化策略,成為企業(yè)管理績(jī)效提升的熱點(diǎn)議題�；C(jī)械制造企業(yè),作為化工行業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈的中游企業(yè),想要在市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中突出重圍,獲得更多的市場(chǎng)份額,供應(yīng)鏈的管理優(yōu)化更加重要。而我國(guó)現(xiàn)在大部分制造業(yè)企業(yè),供應(yīng)鏈管理中,包括供應(yīng)商管理、成本控制、流程與環(huán)節(jié)設(shè)計(jì)等經(jīng)營(yíng)環(huán)節(jié)都存在許多問(wèn)題。SDLX化工機(jī)械公司是一家典型的化學(xué)機(jī)械制造型企業(yè),長(zhǎng)期以來(lái)由于供應(yīng)鏈管理不當(dāng),導(dǎo)致成本過(guò)高、庫(kù)存過(guò)大、企業(yè)內(nèi)部和外部溝通不暢等問(wèn)題,直接影響了企業(yè)的經(jīng)營(yíng)利潤(rùn)。本文采用實(shí)證分析法,以供應(yīng)鏈管理的相關(guān)研究作為理論依據(jù),根據(jù)SDLX公司的供應(yīng)鏈現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行詳細(xì)的分析,總結(jié)其中存在的問(wèn)題,再據(jù)此提出一個(gè)符合公司現(xiàn)實(shí)需求的供應(yīng)鏈管理優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)方案。根據(jù)SDLX公司的具體情況,本文提出應(yīng)當(dāng)從供應(yīng)環(huán)節(jié)、庫(kù)存環(huán)節(jié)、供應(yīng)商環(huán)節(jié)和審核檢驗(yàn)環(huán)節(jié),借助現(xiàn)代化的電子商務(wù)手段,來(lái)搭建一個(gè)系統(tǒng)的降低成本,提高溝通效率的供應(yīng)鏈管理模式。本文對(duì)優(yōu)化方案的效果進(jìn)行了評(píng)價(jià),并對(duì)解決方法的可行性以及不足之處進(jìn)行了總結(jié),最終提出供應(yīng)鏈管理策略,應(yīng)當(dāng)基于互聯(lián)網(wǎng)發(fā)展的前提,加強(qiáng)信息化供應(yīng)鏈管理體系的建設(shè),重視與供應(yīng)鏈上相關(guān)成員的溝通與合作。同時(shí),供應(yīng)鏈管理也需要加大對(duì)管理和專業(yè)人才的培養(yǎng)和激勵(lì)。
[Abstract]:Supply chain management is an important part of enterprise management. The competition of supply chain management becomes the key content of enterprise competition. The optimization strategy of supply chain management has become a hot topic of enterprise management performance improvement. Chemical machinery manufacturing enterprises, as the middle reaches of the chemical industry chain, want to get more market share in the market competition, and the management optimization of supply chain is more important. There are many problems in supply chain management, such as supplier management, cost control, process and link design, etc. SDLX Chemical Machinery Company is a typical chemical machinery manufacturing enterprise. For a long time, due to the improper supply chain management, the cost is too high, the inventory is too large, and the internal and external communication is not smooth, which directly affects the operating profit of the enterprise. This paper uses the empirical analysis method, taking the relevant research of supply chain management as the theoretical basis, carries on the detailed analysis according to the SDLX company's supply chain present situation, summarizes the existing problems. According to this, an optimal design scheme of supply chain management is put forward. According to the specific situation of SDLX Company, this paper puts forward that we should set up a system to reduce cost by means of modern electronic commerce, including supply link, inventory link, supplier link and audit and inspection link. Supply chain management model to improve communication efficiency. This paper evaluates the effect of the optimization scheme, summarizes the feasibility and shortcomings of the solution, and finally puts forward the supply chain management strategy, which should be based on the premise of Internet development. Strengthen the construction of information supply chain management system and attach importance to the communication and cooperation with relevant members in the supply chain. At the same time, supply chain management also needs to increase management and professional training and incentives.
