600MW亞臨界機(jī)組節(jié)能降耗改造研究

【摘要】:在2013年8月11日國(guó)務(wù)院發(fā)布的《關(guān)于加快發(fā)展節(jié)能降耗產(chǎn)業(yè)意見(jiàn)》中指出:資源環(huán)境制約是當(dāng)前我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展面臨的突出矛盾。解決節(jié)能降耗問(wèn)題,是擴(kuò)內(nèi)需、穩(wěn)增長(zhǎng)、調(diào)結(jié)構(gòu),打造中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)升級(jí)版的一項(xiàng)重要而緊迫的任務(wù)。能源是社會(huì)發(fā)展進(jìn)程中重要的物質(zhì)基礎(chǔ),是國(guó)家經(jīng)濟(jì)的命脈。我國(guó)是以燃煤火力發(fā)電為主要電力來(lái)源的能源結(jié)構(gòu),因此,提升燃煤機(jī)組的能效水平,實(shí)現(xiàn)節(jié)能降耗,已成為我國(guó)電力工業(yè)面臨的巨大挑戰(zhàn)。本文以《全面實(shí)施燃煤電廠超低排放和節(jié)能改造工作方案》為研究背景,圍繞600MW亞臨界機(jī)組的節(jié)能改造展開(kāi)研究。本文的主要研究工作包括:首先介紹A電廠600MW亞臨界機(jī)組的情況,分析亞臨界機(jī)組節(jié)能降耗改造項(xiàng)目的必要性以及節(jié)能降耗改造的目標(biāo)和技術(shù)路線。然后根據(jù)實(shí)際情況從汽輪機(jī)、熱力系統(tǒng)、鍋爐本體、鍋爐輔助系統(tǒng)、發(fā)電機(jī)、電氣配套系統(tǒng)等幾個(gè)方面提出對(duì)應(yīng)的改造方案。最后從節(jié)能效益、節(jié)煤收益、增容效益、節(jié)煤財(cái)政獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)收益四個(gè)方面進(jìn)行節(jié)能效益與經(jīng)濟(jì)分析,以及從經(jīng)濟(jì)影響、社會(huì)影響和環(huán)境影響三方面進(jìn)行影響分析。本文的研究旨在幫助發(fā)電企業(yè)管理人員實(shí)時(shí)掌握機(jī)組能效的動(dòng)態(tài)信息,指導(dǎo)相關(guān)人員對(duì)機(jī)組運(yùn)行參數(shù)做出合理的調(diào)整,優(yōu)化機(jī)組性能,充分挖掘燃煤發(fā)電機(jī)組的節(jié)能潛力,提升發(fā)電企業(yè)能效水平,為企業(yè)帶來(lái)可觀的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。
[Abstract]:In the opinion on accelerating the Development of Energy Saving and consumption reduction Industry issued by the State Council on August 11, 2013, it is pointed out that the restriction of resources and environment is a prominent contradiction facing the economic and social development of our country at present. To solve the problem of energy saving and consumption reduction is an important and urgent task to expand domestic demand, stabilize growth, adjust structure and build an upgraded version of China's economy. Energy is an important material basis in the process of social development and the lifeblood of the national economy. China is an energy source with coal-fired thermal power generation as the main source of power. Therefore, improving the energy efficiency level of coal-fired units and achieving energy saving and consumption reduction has become a great challenge facing our power industry. In this paper, based on the "implementation of ultra-low emission and energy-saving retrofit scheme for coal-fired power plants", the research is carried out around the energy-saving transformation of 600MW subcritical units. The main research work of this paper is as follows: firstly, the situation of 600MW subcritical unit in A power plant is introduced, and the necessity of energy saving and consumption reduction reform project of sub-critical unit is analyzed, as well as the goal and technical route of energy saving and consumption reduction transformation. Then according to the actual situation from the steam turbine, thermal system, boiler body, boiler auxiliary system, generator, electrical supporting system and other aspects of the corresponding transformation plan. Finally, the energy saving benefit and economic analysis are carried out from four aspects: energy saving benefit, coal saving benefit, capacity increasing benefit and coal saving financial reward income, as well as the impact analysis from three aspects: economic impact, social impact and environmental impact. The purpose of this paper is to help the managers of power generation enterprises to grasp the dynamic information of unit energy efficiency in real time, to guide the relevant personnel to make reasonable adjustment of unit operating parameters, to optimize unit performance, and to fully tap the energy saving potential of coal-fired generating units. Raising the level of energy efficiency in power generation enterprises will bring considerable economic benefits to enterprises.
