【摘要】：當(dāng)前我國(guó)的智能電網(wǎng)建設(shè)工程已經(jīng)成為了電力發(fā)展的重點(diǎn)內(nèi)容,智能電網(wǎng)可以說(shuō)是電網(wǎng)發(fā)展進(jìn)程中的一次革命,國(guó)網(wǎng)蒙東電力作為我國(guó)電力企業(yè)的一個(gè)中亞組成部分,近幾年對(duì)信息化建設(shè)給予了高度的重視,力求通過(guò)信息技術(shù)的實(shí)施實(shí)現(xiàn)資源優(yōu)化配置,從而使得能夠更上一個(gè)臺(tái)階。但是與此同時(shí)我們還必須正確的對(duì)待智能電網(wǎng)下國(guó)網(wǎng)蒙東電力信息化建設(shè)所面臨的機(jī)遇和挑戰(zhàn),所以本文對(duì)其建設(shè)進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià)研究則是非常有必要的。本研究從當(dāng)前國(guó)網(wǎng)蒙東電力的情況出發(fā),首先對(duì)智能電網(wǎng)相關(guān)的概念和技術(shù)進(jìn)行了介紹,分別從智能電網(wǎng)含義、堅(jiān)強(qiáng)智能電網(wǎng)體系構(gòu)建等內(nèi)容進(jìn)行了理論論述,然后對(duì)國(guó)網(wǎng)蒙東電力信息化建設(shè)進(jìn)行現(xiàn)狀評(píng)價(jià)與分析,然后制定出了國(guó)網(wǎng)蒙東電力企業(yè)信息化建設(shè)的具體規(guī)劃方案,并在建設(shè)原則和指導(dǎo)思想的引導(dǎo)下,給出了國(guó)網(wǎng)蒙東電力企業(yè)信息化建設(shè)總體目標(biāo)、業(yè)務(wù)框架等進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì),緊接著對(duì)相關(guān)的評(píng)價(jià)體系、評(píng)價(jià)方法等進(jìn)行了介紹,然后對(duì)國(guó)網(wǎng)蒙東電力信息化建設(shè)的現(xiàn)狀及問(wèn)題進(jìn)行了分析和評(píng)價(jià),最后提出了完善國(guó)網(wǎng)蒙東電力信息化建設(shè)的具體對(duì)策,分別是相關(guān)的制度體系、技術(shù)體系進(jìn)行完善、集中管理關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié)等措施。
[Abstract]:At present, the smart grid construction project in our country has become the key content of the electric power development. The smart grid can be said to be a revolution in the development process of the power grid. In recent years, great attention has been paid to the construction of information technology, which aims to realize the optimal allocation of resources through the implementation of information technology, so as to make it possible to reach a higher level. But at the same time, we must also correctly deal with the opportunities and challenges faced by the construction of Mendong Power Informatization under the smart grid, so it is very necessary for this paper to evaluate and study the construction. Based on the current situation of Mendong Power, this paper introduces the concept and technology of smart grid, and discusses the meaning of smart grid, the construction of strong smart grid system and so on. Then, the paper evaluates and analyzes the current situation of the information construction of Mundong Electric Power Company, and then formulates the concrete planning plan of the informatization construction of the Mundong Electric Power Enterprise of the State Network, and under the guidance of the construction principle and guiding ideology, This paper gives the overall goal and business framework of the information construction of Mundong Electric Power Enterprise, then introduces the related evaluation system and evaluation methods. Then, the paper analyzes and evaluates the current situation and problems of Mendong electric power informatization construction, and finally puts forward the concrete countermeasures to perfect the information construction of Mundong electric power, which are related system and technical system.
