【摘要】：企業(yè)在進(jìn)行重要的項(xiàng)目投資和決策時(shí),除了通常要進(jìn)行的產(chǎn)品、市場等維度的分析和論證以外,非常重要的一項(xiàng)工作就是項(xiàng)目的在財(cái)務(wù)上的可行性論證分析,以及在財(cái)務(wù)可行的基礎(chǔ)下,項(xiàng)目需要面對的各類風(fēng)險(xiǎn)因此是否能夠得到有效的控制,從而保證項(xiàng)目能夠在風(fēng)險(xiǎn)可控的情況下,日常經(jīng)營能夠正常運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn),并能沿著企業(yè)預(yù)想的方向和目標(biāo)發(fā)展。本文研究的是M公司冰箱項(xiàng)目投資在財(cái)務(wù)方面可行性、項(xiàng)目可能面臨的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)、以及是否有效的手段以應(yīng)對、化解或降低風(fēng)險(xiǎn),對指導(dǎo)中國家電企業(yè)海外投資的研究具有一定的指導(dǎo)意義。為了有效的分析和評價(jià)項(xiàng)目的財(cái)務(wù)狀況和風(fēng)險(xiǎn),本文從以下方面進(jìn)行闡述:首先:對財(cái)務(wù)評價(jià)和風(fēng)險(xiǎn)分析的理論、概念進(jìn)行了梳理,從相關(guān)財(cái)務(wù)綜合評價(jià)體系的指標(biāo)分析項(xiàng)目、內(nèi)容、作用及評價(jià)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)等方面進(jìn)行闡述,同時(shí)對風(fēng)險(xiǎn)分析概念、作用進(jìn)行說明,并對風(fēng)險(xiǎn)分析通常包括的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)因素識(shí)別、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)分析、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)大小的評價(jià)以及風(fēng)險(xiǎn)應(yīng)對等方面的內(nèi)容進(jìn)行研究。其次:對M公司項(xiàng)目投資的基本概況進(jìn)行了介紹,從項(xiàng)目投資的所面對的各種環(huán)境因素及需要的財(cái)務(wù)回報(bào)等方面,分析了財(cái)務(wù)評價(jià)和風(fēng)險(xiǎn)分析的必要性。再次:從投資可行的角度論證M公司冰箱投資項(xiàng)目的可行,通過盈虧平衡分析、敏感性分析等分析論證項(xiàng)目的各項(xiàng)財(cái)務(wù)指標(biāo)均達(dá)到并超過公司設(shè)定的目標(biāo),能夠給公司帶來經(jīng)濟(jì)效益,同時(shí)能帶動(dòng)公司海外市場和國際化的拓展。最后:對M公司項(xiàng)目投資在日常經(jīng)營過程中可能遇到的主要風(fēng)險(xiǎn)進(jìn)行了識(shí)別和分析,以判斷是否對項(xiàng)目產(chǎn)生重大的影響,同時(shí)有針對性提出風(fēng)險(xiǎn)應(yīng)對的思路、方法和建議。
