【摘要】：為分析煤炭工業(yè)政策變化特征和趨勢,采用社會(huì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)分析和對應(yīng)分析等文本挖掘、統(tǒng)計(jì)分析方法對"五年規(guī)劃"文本進(jìn)行分析。通過對1996-2016年煤炭工業(yè)"五年規(guī)劃"文本內(nèi)容進(jìn)行詞頻統(tǒng)計(jì)、關(guān)聯(lián)網(wǎng)絡(luò)分析、語義網(wǎng)絡(luò)分析、對應(yīng)分析,揭示出不同"五年規(guī)劃"文本高頻詞使用的差異性和相似性,政策關(guān)注的方向和重點(diǎn),煤炭工業(yè)政策的變遷和發(fā)展趨勢。研究結(jié)果表明,煤炭工業(yè)從最初的單純追求產(chǎn)量、增長的粗放式發(fā)展向高效、清潔、綠色的集約式發(fā)展轉(zhuǎn)變。
[Abstract]:In order to analyze the changing characteristics and trends of coal industry policy, the text mining of "five-year plan" was analyzed by means of social network analysis and correspondence analysis, and the statistical analysis method was used to analyze the text of "five-year plan". Through the word frequency statistics, correlation network analysis, semantic network analysis and correspondence analysis of the contents of the five-year plan of coal industry from 1996 to 2016, the differences and similarities of the use of high-frequency words in different "five-year plans" texts are revealed. The direction and focus of policy concern, the change and development trend of coal industry policy. The results show that the coal industry has changed from a simple pursuit of output and an extensive development of growth to an intensive development of high efficiency, clean and green.
