【摘要】：科技資源的合理使用是電網(wǎng)企業(yè)提升自身競爭力的基礎(chǔ)。針對電網(wǎng)企業(yè)的科技資源進行分析,結(jié)合企業(yè)的自身特點,構(gòu)建出符合電網(wǎng)企業(yè)的科技資源投入產(chǎn)出效果評價指標體系;為了克服DEA方法不能合理解決多個DEA有效的問題,提出了超效率DEA模型,通過算例分析,驗證了模型的有效性,并對結(jié)果進行了DEA無效分析、差異分析和指標影響程度分析等,最后為電網(wǎng)企業(yè)科技資源有效配置的相關(guān)政策制定提出了建議。
[Abstract]:The rational use of scientific and technological resources is the basis for grid enterprises to enhance their own competitiveness. According to the analysis of the scientific and technological resources of the power grid enterprises and the characteristics of the enterprises, the evaluation index system of the input-output effect of the scientific and technological resources in line with the grid enterprises is constructed, and in order to overcome the problem that the DEA method can not reasonably solve the problems of multiple DEA efficiency, The efficiency DEA model is put forward, and the validity of the model is verified by an example, and the results are analyzed by DEA invalid analysis, difference analysis and index influence degree analysis, etc. Finally, some suggestions are put forward for the effective allocation of scientific and technological resources in power grid enterprises.
