【摘要】：文章運(yùn)用中國(guó)31個(gè)省級(jí)地區(qū)2004年-2015年的面板數(shù)據(jù),選取一般工業(yè)固體廢物生產(chǎn)量作為衡量工業(yè)污染程度的指標(biāo),選取人均GDP作為衡量工業(yè)增長(zhǎng)的指標(biāo),對(duì)工業(yè)污染與工業(yè)增長(zhǎng)間的關(guān)系進(jìn)行了研究。實(shí)證檢驗(yàn)表明:中國(guó)的工業(yè)污染與工業(yè)增長(zhǎng)存在明顯的庫茲涅茨倒"U"型曲線關(guān)系;直到2015年,中國(guó)也僅有天津、北京、上海與江蘇這4個(gè)地區(qū)突破了環(huán)境拐點(diǎn),剩余的27個(gè)地區(qū)均面臨工業(yè)污染隨工業(yè)增長(zhǎng)而不斷增加的困境,這正是近年來中國(guó)環(huán)境質(zhì)量不斷下降的重要原因。
[Abstract]:Based on the panel data of 31 provinces in China from 2004 to 2015, this paper selects the output of general industrial solid waste as the index to measure the degree of industrial pollution, and the per capita GDP as the index to measure the industrial growth. The relationship between industrial pollution and industrial growth is studied. Empirical tests show that there is an obvious Kuznets "U" curve relationship between industrial pollution and industrial growth in China. Until 2015, China had only four regions, Tianjin, Beijing, Shanghai and Jiangsu, which broke through the environmental inflection point. The remaining 27 regions face the dilemma of increasing industrial pollution with industrial growth, which is an important reason for the declining environmental quality in China in recent years.
