【摘要】：在社會(huì)發(fā)展新時(shí)期,中國(guó)的建筑業(yè)從業(yè)人數(shù)持續(xù)增加、行業(yè)規(guī)模不斷擴(kuò)大,其在國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)中的支柱地位日趨穩(wěn)固。但建筑工程施工行業(yè)勞動(dòng)力密集、從業(yè)人員綜合素質(zhì)相對(duì)較低、作業(yè)環(huán)境復(fù)雜多變等特點(diǎn),導(dǎo)致許多建筑施工企業(yè)的安全隱患較多、安全氛圍較差、安全事故頻發(fā)。因此,通過探究建筑施工企業(yè)安全氛圍影響因素及作用機(jī)理,尋求改善建筑施工企業(yè)安全氛圍的對(duì)策建議,對(duì)于提升建筑施工企業(yè)安全管理水平非常具有必要性。通過文獻(xiàn)梳理及對(duì)事故致因、組織支持等理論進(jìn)行分析,以建筑工程施工項(xiàng)目為視角,初步擬出建筑施工企業(yè)安全氛圍的影響因素。以初擬影響因素為基礎(chǔ),編制出建筑施工企業(yè)安全氛圍初始調(diào)查問卷,利用初始問卷對(duì)兩個(gè)建筑施工企業(yè)的施工人員進(jìn)行問卷預(yù)調(diào)查,并利用SPSS 22數(shù)據(jù)分析軟件對(duì)預(yù)調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行處理分析,根據(jù)分析結(jié)果對(duì)初始問卷題項(xiàng)進(jìn)行刪減優(yōu)化,得到正式調(diào)查問卷。對(duì)五個(gè)建筑施工企業(yè)施工人員進(jìn)行正式問卷調(diào)查,通過對(duì)問卷及調(diào)查結(jié)果進(jìn)行信度檢驗(yàn)、效度檢驗(yàn)、探索性因素分析,結(jié)果表明"人員素質(zhì)"、"材機(jī)狀態(tài)"、"作業(yè)環(huán)境"、"安全管理"是建筑施工企業(yè)安全氛圍的主要影響因素�；谔剿餍砸蛩胤治鼋Y(jié)果,運(yùn)用AMOS 20數(shù)據(jù)分析軟件對(duì)建筑施工企業(yè)安全氛圍影響因素進(jìn)行驗(yàn)證性因素分析,驗(yàn)證結(jié)果表明用于描述安全氛圍的潛在變量可以有效地被所對(duì)應(yīng)的測(cè)量變量所解釋,以相關(guān)理論分析為基礎(chǔ),構(gòu)建出建筑施工企業(yè)安全氛圍影響因素作用機(jī)理初始模型,并提出模型假設(shè),通過對(duì)初始模型進(jìn)行擬合驗(yàn)證、模型修正以及結(jié)果分析得到"人員素質(zhì)"、"材機(jī)狀態(tài)"、"作業(yè)環(huán)境"和"安全管理"四個(gè)影響因素對(duì)安全氛圍的作用機(jī)理,并從"提升施工人員素質(zhì)"、"確保施工材料和機(jī)械安全狀態(tài)"、"改善現(xiàn)場(chǎng)施工環(huán)境"、"加強(qiáng)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)安全管理"四方面提出了改善建筑施工企業(yè)安全氛圍的對(duì)策與建議。采用調(diào)查研究、定性研究與定量研究相結(jié)合的方法,得到建筑施工企業(yè)安全氛圍影響因素的作用機(jī)理并提出改善安全氛圍的措施和方法,對(duì)于建筑施工企業(yè)安全管理水平的提升具有一定的實(shí)踐意義,同時(shí)對(duì)后續(xù)相關(guān)研究也具有一定的參考價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:In the new period of social development, the number of construction workers in China has been increasing and the scale of the industry has been expanding, and its support position in the national economic growth is becoming more and more stable. However, the characteristics of construction industry, such as labor density, low comprehensive quality of employees and complex and changeable working environment, lead to many construction enterprises have many hidden dangers of safety, poor safety atmosphere and frequent accidents. Therefore, it is necessary to improve the safety atmosphere of construction enterprises by exploring the influencing factors and mechanism of safety atmosphere of construction enterprises. Based on the literature review and the analysis of the theory of accident cause and organization support, the factors influencing the safety atmosphere of construction enterprises are preliminarily worked out from the perspective of construction projects. Based on the initial influencing factors, an initial questionnaire on the safety atmosphere of construction enterprises was compiled, and the preliminary questionnaire was used to investigate the construction staff of two construction enterprises. SPSS 22 data analysis software is used to process and analyze the pre-survey data. According to the analysis results, the initial questionnaire items are deleted and optimized, and the formal questionnaire is obtained. Through the formal questionnaire survey on the construction personnel of five construction enterprises, the reliability test, validity test and exploratory factor analysis are carried out on the questionnaire and the results of the survey. The results show that "personnel quality", "state of wood machine", "working environment" and "safety management" are the main influencing factors of safety atmosphere in construction enterprises. Based on the result of exploratory factor analysis, AMOS 20 data analysis software is used to verify the factors affecting the safety atmosphere of construction enterprises. The results show that the potential variables used to describe the safety atmosphere can be effectively explained by the corresponding measurement variables. Based on the relevant theoretical analysis, the initial model of the mechanism of influencing factors on the safety atmosphere of construction enterprises is established. The hypothesis of the model is put forward. Through fitting and verifying the initial model, modifying the model and analyzing the results, we can get the action mechanism of the four influencing factors on the safety atmosphere, such as "personnel quality", "the condition of wood machine", "working environment" and "safety management". The countermeasures and suggestions for improving the safety atmosphere of construction enterprises are put forward from the aspects of "improving the quality of construction personnel", "ensuring the safety state of construction materials and machinery", "improving the construction environment on the spot" and "strengthening the safety management on the spot". By using the methods of investigation, qualitative and quantitative research, the mechanism of influencing factors of safety atmosphere in construction enterprises is obtained, and the measures and methods to improve the safety atmosphere are put forward. It has certain practical significance for the improvement of safety management level of construction enterprises, and also has certain reference value to the follow-up related research.
