【摘要】：作為國家的重要戰(zhàn)略物質(zhì),能源是一個(gè)國家人民生存的基本資源,俄羅斯和中國目前政治,經(jīng)濟(jì)合作在更多的背景下,兩國經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展密切相關(guān),雙邊貿(mào)易關(guān)系合作上升到了高水平。俄中關(guān)系在良好的政治背景下,能源合作也在逐步加深,主要是因?yàn)橹袊墙?jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展最快的經(jīng)濟(jì)國家,而能源需求也在增長;歐美對俄羅斯經(jīng)濟(jì)制裁已經(jīng)開始影響俄羅斯經(jīng)濟(jì)的正常發(fā)展,加上能源價(jià)格的不斷下降,俄羅斯還需要與中國建立長期穩(wěn)定的合作關(guān)系穩(wěn)定能源經(jīng)濟(jì)。中國和俄羅斯巨大的補(bǔ)充能源需求為能源合作奠定了堅(jiān)實(shí)的基礎(chǔ)。本文用比較優(yōu)勢理論、赫克歇爾-俄林理論、克魯格曼國際貿(mào)易新理論、區(qū)域一體化理論對俄中能源合作形勢定性分析,分析俄中能源合作中存在的問題。通過搜集及整理國內(nèi)外研究俄中能源合作文獻(xiàn)。本文從幾個(gè)主要方面來研究俄中能源合作歷程、俄中兩國能源狀況、存在的問題與解決對策。本文分析了兩國間2009-2015合作的內(nèi)容,研究歐美的制裁及其對俄中能源貿(mào)易的影響。本文找出兩國能源合作各方面中存在的問題,從俄中能源合作可持續(xù)發(fā)展的角度提出了俄中能源中存在問題的解決對策,建立良性務(wù)實(shí)的能源價(jià)格形成機(jī)制、制定俄中能源合作發(fā)展規(guī)劃。
[Abstract]:As an important strategic material of the country, energy is the basic resource for the survival of the people of a country. Russia and China are closely related to the economic development of the two countries in the context of political and economic cooperation at present. Bilateral trade relations and cooperation rose to a high level. Under the good political background, the energy cooperation between Russia and China is gradually deepening, mainly because China is the fastest growing economic country, and the energy demand is also increasing. European and American economic sanctions against Russia have begun to affect the normal development of the Russian economy, coupled with falling energy prices, Russia also needs to establish long-term and stable cooperation with China to stabilize the energy economy. China and Russia's huge supplementary energy needs have laid a solid foundation for energy cooperation. In this paper, the comparative advantage theory, Heccher-Orin theory, Krugman's new theory of international trade and regional integration theory are used to qualitatively analyze the situation of Russian-Chinese energy cooperation, and the problems in Russian-Chinese energy cooperation are analyzed. Through the collection and collation of domestic and foreign research on Russian-Chinese energy cooperation literature. This paper studies the course of energy cooperation between Russia and China, the energy situation of Russia and China, the existing problems and the countermeasures. In this paper, the contents of 2009-2015 cooperation between the two countries are analyzed, and the sanctions in Europe and the United States and their impact on the energy trade between Russia and China are studied. This paper finds out the problems existing in the energy cooperation between the two countries, puts forward the solutions to the problems in the energy cooperation between Russia and China from the perspective of the sustainable development of the energy cooperation between Russia and China, and establishes a sound and pragmatic mechanism for the formation of energy prices. To formulate a Russian-Chinese energy cooperation development plan.
