【摘要】：電子信息產(chǎn)業(yè)隨著經(jīng)濟全球化的發(fā)展和“互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+”行業(yè)的日益興盛,在國民經(jīng)濟中的地位也變得越來越重要,它的高滲透性和高科技性也在國家產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級和經(jīng)濟方式轉(zhuǎn)變過程中扮演著舉足輕重的角色。電子信息產(chǎn)業(yè)經(jīng)過這些年的發(fā)展已經(jīng)成為了國家的支柱性產(chǎn)業(yè)和戰(zhàn)略性產(chǎn)業(yè)。隨著電子信息產(chǎn)業(yè)在我國經(jīng)濟發(fā)展中所占據(jù)的地位日益凸顯,陜西省也在不斷加快本省的電子信息產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的腳步。但是作為一個傳統(tǒng)的電子信息產(chǎn)業(yè)基地,陜西省要在競爭日益激烈的現(xiàn)代化市場中占據(jù)一定的份額就要不斷的提升產(chǎn)業(yè)的競爭力。本篇論文在分析國內(nèi)外之前對產(chǎn)業(yè)競爭力研究的理論和方法的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合陜西省電子信息產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀及其產(chǎn)業(yè)特點建立了一個相對科學的電子信息產(chǎn)業(yè)競爭力的評價指標體系。本篇文章選取2015年我國26個省市地區(qū)的電子信息產(chǎn)業(yè)的相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù),通過SPSS23.0軟件用因子分析法綜合評價了陜西省的電子信息產(chǎn)業(yè)競爭力。通過對評價結(jié)果的分析尋找出一條更加適合陜西省電子信息產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的道路,并對發(fā)展過程中陜西省電子信息產(chǎn)業(yè)所面臨的一系列問題尋找出相應的一些解決方法和措施,以此來促進陜西省的電子信息產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展并提升其產(chǎn)業(yè)的競爭力,為電子信息產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展探索出一條可持續(xù)的發(fā)展道路。關(guān)于電子信息產(chǎn)業(yè)競爭力的研究過去往往集中在國際競爭力方面,很少有人對陜西省的電子信息產(chǎn)業(yè)競爭力進行專門的研究。本篇論文在電子信息產(chǎn)業(yè)相關(guān)的理論和實踐的基礎(chǔ)上采用定性分析和定量分析相結(jié)合的原則,對以前學者們的研究成果進行了相應的總結(jié),綜合的分析了產(chǎn)業(yè)競爭力的一些基本概念。同時對陜西省的電子信息產(chǎn)業(yè)的現(xiàn)狀及存在的問題進行分析,在市場需求不足的情況下,陜西省需要不斷地優(yōu)化集群內(nèi)的產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu),擴大產(chǎn)能,發(fā)揮產(chǎn)業(yè)園區(qū)的集群優(yōu)勢,同時在政府的支持下積極地實施品牌戰(zhàn)略和人才戰(zhàn)略,以此來不斷實現(xiàn)經(jīng)濟下行壓力情況下電子信息產(chǎn)業(yè)的逆勢發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:The electronic information industry with the development of economic globalization and the "Internet plus" industry growing prosperity, the position in the national economy has become more and more important, its high permeability and high technology in transition countries to upgrade the industrial structure and economy plays a pivotal role in the electronic information industry over the years. Development has become the pillar industry and strategic industry of the country. With the increasingly prominent position of the electronic information industry in the economic development of our country, Shaanxi province is also accelerating the development of the electronic information industry in this province. However, as a traditional base of electronic information industry, Shaanxi province should be increasingly competitive. In this paper, based on the analysis of the theories and methods of the research on industrial competitiveness before and abroad, a relatively scientific competitiveness of the electronic information industry in Shaanxi is established on the basis of the analysis of the theories and methods of the research on industrial competitiveness before and abroad. This article selects the relevant data of the electronic information industry in 26 provinces and regions of China in 2015, and evaluates the competitiveness of the electronic information industry in Shaanxi province through the SPSS23.0 software factor analysis method. Through the analysis of the results of the evaluation, we find a way more suitable for the development of the electronic information industry in Shaanxi province. In order to promote the development of the electronic information industry in Shaanxi province and enhance the competitiveness of its industry, we can find out some corresponding solutions and measures to the series of problems faced by the electronic information industry of Shaanxi Province in the course of development, and explore a sustainable development path for the development of the electronic information industry. The research of competitiveness in the past tends to focus on the international competitiveness. Few people have made a special study of the competitiveness of the electronic information industry in Shaanxi province. This paper, based on the theory and practice of the electronic information industry, adopts the principle of combining qualitative analysis with quantitative analysis, and carries out the research results of previous scholars. At the same time, it analyzes the basic concepts of industrial competitiveness, and analyzes the current situation and existing problems of the electronic information industry in Shaanxi province. Under the condition of insufficient market demand, Shaanxi province needs to optimize the industrial structure in the cluster continuously, enlarge the capacity and bring into play the cluster advantages of the Industrial Park, and at the same time, it is necessary to give full play to the advantages of the industrial park. With the support of the government, we actively implement brand strategy and talent strategy, so as to continuously realize the development of electronic information industry under the downward pressure of the economy.
