【摘要】：從微觀角度出發(fā),以2007—2014年19家公司相對效率值為因變量,以償債能力、運營能力、人均產(chǎn)值、研發(fā)能力、市場服務(wù)水平以及產(chǎn)業(yè)政策頒布種類數(shù)目等6個指標(biāo)作為自變量建立Tobit回歸模型,考察中、美、日、韓四國產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展變化及產(chǎn)業(yè)影響因素。研究結(jié)果顯示,資產(chǎn)周轉(zhuǎn)率和銷售費用率對企業(yè)效率影響最為顯著,政策實施可對產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展起到促進或者抑制的作用。提出光伏產(chǎn)業(yè)規(guī)模與能力協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展以及處理好政策與效率的關(guān)系。
[Abstract]:From a micro perspective, taking the relative efficiency value of 19 companies from 2007-2014 as a dependent variable, with solvency, operational capacity, per capita output value, R & D capacity, Six indexes, such as market service level and the number of industrial policies issued, are used as independent variables to establish Tobit regression model. The changes of industrial development in China, the United States, Japan and South Korea and the influencing factors are investigated. The results show that the asset turnover rate and sales expense rate have the most significant impact on the efficiency of the enterprise, and the implementation of the policy can promote or inhibit the development of the industry. The coordinated development of photovoltaic industry scale and capacity and the relationship between policy and efficiency are put forward.
