【摘要】：面對日趨復(fù)雜的市場需求,企業(yè)如何合理調(diào)配有限產(chǎn)能、以實(shí)現(xiàn)收益最大化是一個(gè)重要的經(jīng)營決策問題。本文首先比較分析制造業(yè)企業(yè)與民航為代表的服務(wù)業(yè)在資源分配、產(chǎn)品市場和服務(wù)特征等方面的異同;然后以服務(wù)業(yè)收益管理理論和方法為基礎(chǔ),構(gòu)建基于產(chǎn)能約束的制造業(yè)企業(yè)收益管理概念模型,提出制造企業(yè)收益管理基本研究框架,并對其進(jìn)行定義描述和系統(tǒng)闡釋,旨在推動(dòng)收益管理理論在制造業(yè)企業(yè)經(jīng)營決策中的應(yīng)用。
[Abstract]:Facing the increasingly complex market demand, it is an important business decision problem how to allocate the limited production capacity reasonably to maximize the profit. This paper first compares and analyzes the similarities and differences between manufacturing enterprises and civil aviation services in resource allocation, product market and service characteristics, and then based on the theory and method of service revenue management. This paper constructs a conceptual model of earnings management of manufacturing enterprises based on capacity constraints, puts forward the basic research framework of earnings management of manufacturing enterprises, and defines, describes and systematically explains it. The purpose of this paper is to promote the application of income management theory in the management decision of manufacturing enterprises.
