【摘要】：伊拉克庫(kù)爾德自治區(qū)礦產(chǎn)資源豐富,扎格羅斯盆地內(nèi)油氣儲(chǔ)量高,且開(kāi)發(fā)程度較低,同時(shí)鐵、銅、鉻、鉛、鋅、大理石等固體礦產(chǎn)資源均具有勘查開(kāi)發(fā)的潛力。中國(guó)目前已經(jīng)成為伊拉克第一大投資國(guó),與伊拉克庫(kù)爾德政府在礦產(chǎn)資源開(kāi)發(fā)方面有著良好的合作前景。本文在分析庫(kù)爾德地區(qū)資源稟賦、基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施、經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展、市場(chǎng)需求等基礎(chǔ)上,認(rèn)為隨著伊拉克局勢(shì)的趨好以及"一帶一路"的提出,庫(kù)爾德地區(qū)礦業(yè)投資合作正處于一個(gè)良好的機(jī)遇期,我國(guó)企業(yè)應(yīng)以油氣、鐵、銅等礦產(chǎn)資源為合作重點(diǎn),從資源開(kāi)發(fā)、基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)、經(jīng)濟(jì)貿(mào)易等多方面展開(kāi)合作。預(yù)計(jì)隨著伊拉克經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展以及油價(jià)復(fù)蘇,投資合作前景較好。
[Abstract]:Iraq's Kurdistan Autonomous region is rich in mineral resources, has high oil and gas reserves in the Zagros Basin, and has a relatively low level of development, and at the same time iron, copper, chromium, lead, zinc, Marble and other solid mineral resources have the potential of exploration and development. China has now become the largest investor in Iraq. There is a good prospect of cooperation with the Iraqi Kurdistan Government in the exploitation of mineral resources. Based on the analysis of resource endowment, infrastructure, economic development, market demand and so on in the Kurdistan region, It is believed that with the improvement of the situation in Iraq and the proposal of "Belt and Road", the cooperation of mining investment in the Kurdistan region is in a good period of opportunity. Chinese enterprises should take oil and gas, iron, copper and other mineral resources as the key points of cooperation and develop resources from the perspective of resources. Infrastructure development, economic and trade cooperation, and other areas of cooperation. With the rapid development of the Iraqi economy and the recovery of oil prices, investment cooperation prospects are expected to be better.
