【摘要】:受到工業(yè)4.0、“互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+”的影響,隨著《中國(guó)制造2025》的出臺(tái),實(shí)現(xiàn)制造業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)升級(jí)推動(dòng)并指引我國(guó)由制造大國(guó)向制造強(qiáng)國(guó)轉(zhuǎn)變已經(jīng)成為業(yè)內(nèi)共識(shí)。將新一代信息技術(shù)與制造業(yè)進(jìn)行深度融合,會(huì)推動(dòng)汽車(chē)制造業(yè)的生產(chǎn)方式、產(chǎn)業(yè)形態(tài)、商業(yè)模式產(chǎn)生深刻的變革,而作為貫穿產(chǎn)品整個(gè)生命周期的物流運(yùn)營(yíng)管理模式也不例外。對(duì)ZT公司而言,無(wú)論是實(shí)現(xiàn)柔性生產(chǎn)以滿足客戶個(gè)性化的需求和越來(lái)越短的交付周期,還是引領(lǐng)產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展實(shí)現(xiàn)智能制造,對(duì)現(xiàn)在物流運(yùn)營(yíng)方式的改造,是必不可缺的環(huán)節(jié);谝陨檄h(huán)境,本文結(jié)合ZT公司物流管理的現(xiàn)狀,基于業(yè)務(wù)流程重組理論,結(jié)合面向工業(yè)4.0環(huán)境智能物流的特點(diǎn),對(duì)ZT公司物流運(yùn)營(yíng)管理流程的再造進(jìn)行了研究,基于智能物流技術(shù)對(duì)ZT公司涉及到的采購(gòu)應(yīng)用物流業(yè)務(wù)流程、零部件倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)管理流程、生產(chǎn)物流流程、備件物流流程進(jìn)行再造,并以智能生產(chǎn)物流為實(shí)例,構(gòu)建了面向工業(yè)4.0的智能物流CPS系統(tǒng)。本文將工業(yè)4.0的思想與汽車(chē)供應(yīng)鏈物流實(shí)踐結(jié)合起來(lái),探討新技術(shù)影響下汽車(chē)企業(yè)的物流運(yùn)營(yíng)模式變革,對(duì)整個(gè)汽車(chē)制造業(yè)實(shí)現(xiàn)智能工廠、智能制造有著重要的研究意義。本文重點(diǎn)以ZT公司為例,將工業(yè)4.0的思想與ZT公司物流實(shí)踐結(jié)合起來(lái),探討基于智能物流汽車(chē)企業(yè)的物流運(yùn)營(yíng)模式,對(duì)ZT公司積極地應(yīng)對(duì)制造業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型的發(fā)展趨勢(shì),提升其在市場(chǎng)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力有很強(qiáng)的研究意義,也為汽車(chē)相關(guān)企業(yè)進(jìn)行企業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型、實(shí)現(xiàn)智能制造提供一個(gè)參考。
[Abstract]:Influenced by industry 4.0, "Internet", with the introduction of "made in China 2025", It has become a consensus in the industry to realize the upgrading of manufacturing industry to guide our country from a big manufacturing country to a powerful manufacturing country. If the new generation of information technology and manufacturing industry are deeply integrated, it will promote the production mode and industrial form of the automobile manufacturing industry. The business model has brought about profound changes, and the logistics operation management model, which runs through the entire life cycle of the product, is no exception. For ZT, whether it is to achieve flexible production to meet the customer's personalized needs and shorter and shorter delivery cycle, Or leading the development of the industry to achieve intelligent manufacturing, the transformation of the current logistics operation is indispensable. Based on the above environment, this paper combines the current situation of ZT company logistics management, based on the theory of business process reengineering. Combined with the characteristics of intelligent logistics facing to industry 4.0 environment, this paper studies the reengineering of logistics operation management process of ZT company. Based on intelligent logistics technology, the purchasing application logistics business process and parts warehousing management flow of ZT company are studied. The production logistics process and spare parts logistics process are redesigned. Taking intelligent production logistics as an example, an intelligent logistics CPS system for industry 4.0 is constructed. This paper combines the idea of industry 4.0 with the practice of automobile supply chain logistics. Under the influence of new technology, it is of great significance to study the logistics operation mode of automobile enterprises in order to realize intelligent factory and intelligent manufacturing in the whole automobile manufacturing industry. This paper takes ZT Corporation as an example. Combining the idea of industry 4.0 with the logistics practice of ZT company, this paper discusses the logistics operation mode of automobile enterprise based on intelligent logistics, and actively responds to the developing trend of manufacturing industry transformation for ZT company. It is of great significance to improve its competitiveness in the market. It also provides a reference for automobile related enterprises to transform their enterprises and realize intelligent manufacturing.
