【摘要】：能源是人類社會經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展和生活的基本條件,在今天的能源市場上,天然氣能源已經(jīng)在世界上引起了各國的關(guān)注。隨著科學(xué)技術(shù)的發(fā)展,特別是人們對自身生存、生活環(huán)境和生活質(zhì)量提出了更高的質(zhì)量,天然氣作為一種清潔、污染少、高效、高質(zhì)量、低成本的、理想的生態(tài)能源,受到了國際社會的廣泛認(rèn)可,二十一世紀(jì)已經(jīng)進(jìn)入了“自然氣的時代”。從戰(zhàn)略的角度來看,天然氣工業(yè)的發(fā)展符合世界能源發(fā)展趨勢。特別是在現(xiàn)階段,由于環(huán)保的需求,汽車天然氣業(yè)務(wù)已經(jīng)成為各大石油天然氣企業(yè)重點爭奪的市場。全文首先闡述了本課題的研究背景、目的與意義,介紹了研究所采用的主要內(nèi)容與研究方法;然后,介紹本課題中所涉及到的戰(zhàn)略管理的相關(guān)理論。包括企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略管理的概念及發(fā)展,具體包括企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略管理概念和企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略管理理論的發(fā)展階段;企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略管理理論的研究方法,包括peSt分析法、波特五力模型和Swot分析法等;企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略管理過程;企業(yè)發(fā)展的戰(zhàn)略態(tài)勢及基本競爭戰(zhàn)略,具體包括企業(yè)發(fā)展的戰(zhàn)略態(tài)勢、企業(yè)基本競爭戰(zhàn)略和重點集中戰(zhàn)略;第三章,SL公司天然氣業(yè)務(wù)概述。主要介紹SL公司業(yè)務(wù)范圍,SL公司愿景、使命和價值觀及SL公司總體戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)和SL公司業(yè)務(wù)戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo);第四章,SL公司汽車天然氣業(yè)務(wù)戰(zhàn)略環(huán)境分析。針對SL公司的汽車天然氣業(yè)務(wù)進(jìn)行戰(zhàn)略環(huán)境分析,用peSt分析法和波特五力模型來分析其在各個市場環(huán)節(jié)、管理體制等方面存在的問題;第五章中闡明了SL公司汽車天然氣業(yè)務(wù)戰(zhàn)略選擇。對SL公司汽車天然氣業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略進(jìn)行了細(xì)致的分析,提出SL公司汽車天然氣業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的實施方案。第六章,對全文進(jìn)行總結(jié)。本文雖然只是針對SL公司的情況展開了分析,但由于研究中所發(fā)現(xiàn)的都是共性的問題,將對發(fā)展中的中國石油行業(yè)和汽車天然氣行業(yè)的改革,起到一定的借鑒作用,從而促進(jìn)中國天然氣行業(yè)的長足發(fā)展。SL公司汽車天然氣發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略將為中國石油和天然氣企業(yè)發(fā)展提供一個參考模型。
[Abstract]:Energy is the basic condition for the economic development and life of human society. In today's energy market, natural gas energy has attracted the attention of all countries in the world. With the development of science and technology, especially people's own survival, Living environment and quality of life put forward higher quality, natural gas as a clean, less pollution, high efficiency, high quality, low cost, ideal ecological energy, has been widely recognized by the international community, The 21 century has entered the era of natural gas. From a strategic point of view, the development of the natural gas industry is in line with the trend of energy development in the world. Automobile and natural gas business has become the key market for the major oil and gas enterprises. Firstly, this paper expounds the research background, purpose and significance of this subject, introduces the main contents and research methods adopted by the research institute, and then, This paper introduces the related theories of strategic management in this subject, including the concept and development of enterprise strategic management, including the concept of enterprise strategic management and the development stage of enterprise strategic management theory, the research method of enterprise strategic management theory, and the research method of enterprise strategic management theory. It includes peSt analysis, Porter's five-force model and Swot analysis; the process of enterprise strategic management; the strategic situation and basic competitive strategy of enterprise development, including the strategic situation of enterprise development, the basic competitive strategy and focused strategy of enterprise; The third chapter is an overview of natural gas business of SL Company. It mainly introduces the scope of business of SL Company and the vision, mission and values of SL Company, as well as the overall strategic objectives of SL Company and the Strategic objectives of SL Company. The fourth chapter is about the strategic environment analysis of automobile natural gas business of SL company. The strategic environment analysis of automobile natural gas business of SL company is carried out. The peSt analysis method and Porter's five-force model are used to analyze the strategic environment of automobile natural gas business of SL company in every market link. In the fifth chapter, the strategic choice of automobile natural gas business of SL company is expounded, and the development strategy of automobile natural gas business of SL company is analyzed in detail. The sixth chapter summarizes the whole paper. Although this paper is just to analyze the situation of SL company, but because of the common problems found in the research, the paper puts forward the implementation plan of the development strategy of automobile natural gas business of SL Company. It will serve as a reference for the reform of the developing petroleum industry and the automobile and natural gas industry in China. Therefore, to promote the rapid development of China's natural gas industry. SL auto natural gas development strategy will provide a reference model for the development of Chinese oil and gas enterprises.
