【摘要】：隨著國內(nèi)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展和國民生活水平的提高,我國汽車的銷售量和售后的服務(wù)水平也在不斷增長,對于汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)相關(guān)領(lǐng)域來講,挑戰(zhàn)與機(jī)遇并存。我省汽車銷售、配件和維修服務(wù)最具實(shí)力公司之一的捷龍汽車集團(tuán)為發(fā)揮在本地汽車市場成熟與穩(wěn)健的優(yōu)勢,進(jìn)一步整合現(xiàn)有的汽車營銷網(wǎng)絡(luò)和資源條件,實(shí)現(xiàn)形成集團(tuán)化的經(jīng)營優(yōu)勢,攜手廣汽集團(tuán)斥巨資打造一個(gè)以消費(fèi)者為中心,汽車廠商、售后服務(wù)商為基本點(diǎn)的銷、服一條龍配套汽車城商業(yè)綜合體。CD捷龍國際汽車城的投資建設(shè)在經(jīng)過捷龍集團(tuán)科學(xué)的調(diào)查、論證和可行性研究之后,進(jìn)入了該汽車城建設(shè)的規(guī)劃階段。本文的選材研究正是基于CD捷龍國際汽車城建設(shè)的需要,結(jié)合本人所學(xué)的項(xiàng)目管理知識以及實(shí)際的工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),通過科學(xué)的項(xiàng)目管理方法、工具的引入,在CD捷龍國際汽車城建設(shè)的生命周期階段適時(shí)的進(jìn)行CD捷龍國際汽車城建設(shè)項(xiàng)目的規(guī)劃研究。全文圍繞如何進(jìn)行CD捷龍國際汽車城建設(shè)項(xiàng)目的規(guī)劃這一主題分成六個(gè)章節(jié)進(jìn)行了研究分析。論文首先在闡述了研究背景和意義的基礎(chǔ)上,對國內(nèi)外汽車建設(shè)研究發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀和動態(tài)進(jìn)行了總結(jié)和梳理,同時(shí)還為理順論文的研究方向,闡明了論文研究的思路、內(nèi)容和方法;緊接著對項(xiàng)目管理相關(guān)理論和方法進(jìn)行了必要的闡述,主要是歸納和總結(jié)當(dāng)前工程建設(shè)管理、項(xiàng)目管理的理論知識,梳理項(xiàng)目規(guī)劃管理的主要內(nèi)容。然后對CD捷龍國際汽車城建設(shè)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行了介紹;主要對項(xiàng)目的總體定位及功能、建設(shè)條件、投資及收益估算進(jìn)行分析,并明確提出項(xiàng)目規(guī)劃的必要性。再然后重點(diǎn)對CD捷龍國際汽車城建設(shè)項(xiàng)目方案進(jìn)行規(guī)劃探討;主要從項(xiàng)目范圍規(guī)劃、項(xiàng)目業(yè)態(tài)布局規(guī)劃、項(xiàng)目組織方式策劃以及項(xiàng)目目標(biāo)規(guī)劃的角度對整個(gè)汽車城建設(shè)項(xiàng)目的方案規(guī)劃進(jìn)行探討。隨后再以CD捷龍國際汽車城建設(shè)項(xiàng)目方案規(guī)劃保障為出發(fā)點(diǎn),從項(xiàng)目的規(guī)劃布局、實(shí)施的組織和關(guān)鍵、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理規(guī)劃的角度提出項(xiàng)目規(guī)劃實(shí)施的保障措施�？偟膩碚f,為順利實(shí)現(xiàn)項(xiàng)目建設(shè)的目標(biāo),科學(xué)、規(guī)范、合理的項(xiàng)目規(guī)劃必不可少且十分必要。本文從項(xiàng)目管理角度對CD捷龍國際汽車城建設(shè)項(xiàng)目規(guī)劃與實(shí)施保障方面進(jìn)行的探索,可為其他類似的汽車城項(xiàng)目建設(shè)實(shí)踐提供啟迪和參考。
[Abstract]:With the development of domestic economy and the improvement of national standard of living, the sales volume and after-sale service level of automobile in our country are also increasing. For the related fields of automobile industry, challenges and opportunities coexist. In order to bring into play its mature and stable advantages in the local auto market, Jilong Automotive Group, one of the most powerful companies in accessories and maintenance services, further integrates the existing automotive marketing network and resource conditions, and realizes the formation of a business advantage of collectivization. Working together with the Guangzhou Auto Group to build a consumer-centered, automotive and after-sales service company as the basic point of sale, After the scientific investigation, demonstration and feasibility study on the investment and construction of the Jielong International Motor City, This paper is based on the needs of the construction of CD Jieilong International Motor City, combined with my knowledge of project management and practical work experience, through scientific project management methods. The introduction of tools, In the life cycle stage of the construction of CD Jetron International Motor City, the research on the planning of the construction project of CD Jetron International Motor City is carried out at the right time. The full text is divided into four parts: how to carry out the planning of the construction project of CD Jetron International Motor City. Six chapters are studied and analyzed. Firstly, on the basis of the background and significance of the research, This paper summarizes and combs the current situation and trends of the research on automobile construction at home and abroad, and clarifies the ideas, contents and methods of the research in order to straighten out the research direction of the thesis. Then, the paper expatiates the relevant theories and methods of project management, mainly sums up and summarizes the theory knowledge of project construction management and project management. Combing the main contents of project planning and management, then introducing the construction project of CD Jetron International Motor City, mainly analyzing the overall orientation and function of the project, construction conditions, investment and income estimation. And clearly put forward the necessity of project planning. Then focus on the CD Jieilong International Motor City construction project planning, mainly from the project scope planning, project layout planning, From the perspective of project organization planning and project objective planning, the project planning of the whole automobile city construction project is discussed. Then, based on the project planning guarantee of the construction project of CD Jielong International Motor City, the planning layout of the project is taken as the starting point. The organization and key of implementation, the perspective of risk management planning, put forward the guarantee measures for the implementation of project planning. In general, in order to achieve the goal of project construction successfully, scientific and standardized, Reasonable project planning is essential and necessary. This paper explores the planning and implementation of the construction project of CD Jieilong International Motor City from the point of view of project management. Can provide inspiration and reference for other similar automobile city project construction practice.
