【摘要】：招標采購是配置和獲得工程、貨物和服務等資源的一個重要方法,有著悠久的歷史和廣泛的應用范圍。由于采用功能招標,EPC項目并不適合采用傳統(tǒng)模式下招標、評標的方法。本文主要在于探索A企業(yè)EPC招標管理的現(xiàn)存問題與運行模式,以進行企業(yè)EPC招標管理的建設和研究,提高企業(yè)招標管理的效率。本論文借鑒國內(nèi)外的研究成果,通過收集和閱讀資料,為本論文的研究提供基礎數(shù)據(jù)。在調(diào)查分析研究狀況的基礎上,構建出研究問題的主要思路和研究脈絡。在研究過程中,使用相關理論作為研究工具,將基本理論和實證分析相結合,進行EPC招標管理研究。本論文首先介紹了研究背景、研究意義、研究思路和方法,然后綜述招標管理理論。主要涉及了A企業(yè)招標管理制度的現(xiàn)存問題和成因、EPC總承包招標模式等內(nèi)容,結合EPC工程招標領域的最新研究及實務,動態(tài)開展研究,將博弈論、管理學的激勵理論和EPC工程招標的具體特點相結合,理論分析與邏輯推理相結合,進行了A企業(yè)EPC工程招標管理研究。對A企業(yè)的招標管理過程進行了優(yōu)化設計,并提出現(xiàn)有模式的配套管理改進措施,從而為公司如何通過加強招標采購管理,控制成本、提高質(zhì)量、提升競爭力給出了一些切實可行的建議和意見。EPC招標管理豐富了EPC招標體制建設,約束招投標行為,規(guī)范招投標市場,有利于降低企業(yè)的招標管理費用,節(jié)約企業(yè)有限的資源,提高企業(yè)的資源配置效率,更好地發(fā)揮招標制度的經(jīng)濟、社會效益,具有重要的理論和實際應用價值,為我國EPC招標管理的研究提供了一種較新的視角和研究思路。
[Abstract]:Bidding and purchasing is an important method for allocating and obtaining resources such as construction, goods and services. It has a long history and wide application. Because of the use of functional bidding, EPC project is not suitable for bidding under the traditional mode. The main purpose of this paper is to explore the existing problems and operation mode of EPC bidding management in enterprise A, in order to carry out the construction and research of enterprise EPC bidding management, and to improve the efficiency of enterprise bidding management. Through collecting and reading data, this paper provides basic data for the research of this paper. Based on the investigation and analysis of the research situation, the main ideas and research context of the research problems are constructed. In the course of the research, relevant theories are used as the research tools. This paper first introduces the research background, significance, ideas and methods of EPC bidding management. Then it summarizes the theory of bidding management. It mainly involves the existing problems and causes of the bidding management system of A enterprise. Combining with the latest research and practice in the field of EPC project bidding, the dynamic research will be carried out, and the game theory will be carried out. Combining the incentive theory of management with the specific characteristics of EPC project bidding, combining theoretical analysis with logical reasoning, this paper studies the bidding management of EPC project in A enterprise, and optimizes the design of bidding management process of A enterprise. And put forward the existing mode of supporting management improvement measures, so as to how to strengthen the bidding and procurement management, control costs, improve the quality, The management of EPC tender enriches the construction of EPC bidding system, restrains the bidding behavior, standardizes the bidding market, and helps to reduce the cost of bidding management and save the limited resources of the enterprise. Improving the resource allocation efficiency of enterprises and giving full play to the economic and social benefits of bidding system has important theoretical and practical application value. It provides a new perspective and research idea for the study of EPC bidding management in China.
