【摘要】：隨著中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展,建筑行業(yè)發(fā)展也隨之迅猛起來(lái)。鋼結(jié)構(gòu)建筑行業(yè)也以其獨(dú)有的優(yōu)勢(shì)和特點(diǎn)在建筑行業(yè)中占據(jù)了重要的地位。伴隨著鋼結(jié)構(gòu)建筑市場(chǎng)規(guī)模的不斷擴(kuò)大,鋼結(jié)構(gòu)產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量問(wèn)題逐漸成為百姓關(guān)注、媒體聚焦、行業(yè)評(píng)論的焦點(diǎn),鋼結(jié)構(gòu)構(gòu)件及產(chǎn)品的質(zhì)量成為建筑行業(yè)在激烈的市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中的生命線。在鋼結(jié)構(gòu)市場(chǎng)中,質(zhì)量?jī)?yōu)良、做工精細(xì)、安裝到位、維修及時(shí)代表著企業(yè)的核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,因此,市場(chǎng)需求迫使企業(yè)對(duì)自身的鋼結(jié)構(gòu)產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量要求不斷提升,從而滿足客戶的要求,以此提升企業(yè)在行業(yè)市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中的優(yōu)勢(shì)和地位。本文以英治鋼結(jié)構(gòu)制造有限公司作為研究對(duì)象,以質(zhì)量管理理論作為理論研究的依據(jù),深入分析了英治鋼結(jié)構(gòu)制造公司產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量管理的現(xiàn)狀,并結(jié)合英治鋼結(jié)構(gòu)制造公司當(dāng)前產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量管理現(xiàn)狀,闡述了該公司產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量管理存在的問(wèn)題,根據(jù)問(wèn)題分析產(chǎn)生的原因,從產(chǎn)品的施工前期準(zhǔn)備階段、生產(chǎn)加工階段、拼裝維護(hù)階段的三個(gè)維度進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的原因分析,并根據(jù)具體的原因給出了具有針對(duì)性的改進(jìn)對(duì)策和實(shí)施方案。分別是:施工前準(zhǔn)備主要從原材料采購(gòu)質(zhì)量控制、生產(chǎn)設(shè)備檢查校對(duì)、外部環(huán)境預(yù)判以及組建管理人員隊(duì)伍的角度提出對(duì)策;生產(chǎn)加工階段主要從焊接質(zhì)量和涂裝工程問(wèn)題兩方面提出改進(jìn)對(duì)策;拼裝維護(hù)階段主要從員工技能與素養(yǎng)、緊固件連接問(wèn)題預(yù)防以及竣工的檢查驗(yàn)收角度提出改進(jìn)對(duì)策。接著再針對(duì)產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量問(wèn)題的改進(jìn)對(duì)策分別從產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量管理理念、質(zhì)量管理制度、人才機(jī)制以及績(jī)效考核四個(gè)方向?qū)Ξa(chǎn)品質(zhì)量管理問(wèn)題的改進(jìn)對(duì)策提出了詳實(shí)且有針對(duì)性的保障措施。使英治鋼結(jié)構(gòu)制造公司對(duì)于產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量管理的能力和水平得到提高,使企業(yè)的知名度因此擴(kuò)大,最終提高企業(yè)的經(jīng)營(yíng)效益。通過(guò)本文研究分析得出的產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量管理的改進(jìn)對(duì)策和保障措施能夠?qū)τ⒅武摻Y(jié)構(gòu)制造公司提高產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量管理的能力和水平、提升企業(yè)在客戶心目中的滿意度和信譽(yù)度提供有利的幫助和支持,也能夠使英治鋼結(jié)構(gòu)制造公司在不斷的學(xué)習(xí)和摸索中積累經(jīng)驗(yàn),提升能力,拓展市場(chǎng),牢固地位,以長(zhǎng)久、穩(wěn)定的狀態(tài)在鋼結(jié)構(gòu)行業(yè)領(lǐng)域中成長(zhǎng)、發(fā)展,成為鋼結(jié)構(gòu)行業(yè)的佼佼者。本文的研究不但對(duì)英治鋼結(jié)構(gòu)制造公司產(chǎn)品的質(zhì)量管理具有實(shí)際的指導(dǎo)意義,同時(shí),通過(guò)探討研究得出的這些產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量問(wèn)題和改進(jìn)對(duì)策,能夠?qū)εc英治鋼結(jié)構(gòu)制造公司相類似的鋼結(jié)構(gòu)制造公司、或其他相似產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)制造企業(yè)的質(zhì)量管理工作產(chǎn)生積極的理論價(jià)值和借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of Chinese economy, the construction industry is also developing rapidly. The steel structure construction industry occupies an important position in the construction industry with its unique advantages and characteristics. The problem of steel structure product quality has gradually become the focus of people's attention, media focus, industry comment, the quality of steel structure components and products has become the lifeline of the construction industry in the fierce market competition, in the steel structure market, the quality is excellent. The fine workmanship, the installation in place and the timely maintenance represent the core competitiveness of the enterprise. Therefore, the market demand forces the enterprise to continuously improve the quality requirements of its steel structure products, thus meeting the requirements of the customers. In order to enhance the advantage and position of the enterprise in the market competition, this paper takes Yingzhi Steel structure Manufacturing Co., Ltd. as the research object, takes the quality management theory as the theoretical research basis, This paper deeply analyzes the present situation of product quality management in Yingzhi Steel structure Manufacturing Company, and combined with the present situation of Product quality Management of Yingzhi Steel structure Manufacturing Company, expounds the problems existing in this company's product quality management, and analyzes the causes according to the problems. The reasons are analyzed in detail from the three dimensions of the pre-construction preparation stage, the production and processing stage and the assembling and maintenance stage of the product. According to the specific reasons, the corresponding countermeasures and implementation schemes are given. They are: the preparation for construction is mainly from the quality control of raw materials, the inspection and proofreading of production equipment, The countermeasures are put forward from the perspective of pre-judgment of external environment and the formation of management team; the improvement countermeasures are mainly put forward in the production and processing stage from two aspects of welding quality and painting engineering problems; the assembly and maintenance stage mainly from the skills and literacy of the staff. From the point of view of fastener connection problem prevention and the inspection and acceptance of completion, the improvement countermeasures are put forward. Then, the improvement countermeasures for product quality problems are put forward from the product quality management concept, quality management system, The four directions of talent mechanism and performance appraisal put forward detailed and targeted safeguard measures to improve the product quality management, so as to improve the ability and level of product quality management in the steel structure manufacturing company. Thus increasing the visibility of the enterprise, Through the research and analysis of this paper, the improvement countermeasures and guarantee measures of product quality management can improve the ability and level of product quality management in the steel structure manufacturing company. To enhance the satisfaction and credibility of enterprises in the eyes of customers to provide favorable help and support, but also to enable the steel structure manufacturing companies in the continuous learning and groping to accumulate experience, enhance the ability, expand the market, strong position, in order to long-term, The steady state grows and develops in the field of steel structure industry and becomes the leader of the steel structure industry. The research in this paper not only has practical guiding significance for the quality management of the products of the steel structure manufacturing company of Yingzhi, but also has practical guiding significance, at the same time, Through discussing the quality problems and improving countermeasures of these products, we can make use of the steel structure manufacturing companies similar to the Yingzhi Steel structure Manufacturing Company. Or other similar products manufacturing enterprises quality management work to produce positive theoretical value and reference significance.
