【摘要】：由于傳統(tǒng)制造業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)環(huán)境嚴(yán)峻,粘膠纖維制造業(yè)更是整體環(huán)境波動(dòng)過(guò)大,但是行業(yè)內(nèi)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)加劇的同時(shí)也昭示著新挑戰(zhàn)機(jī)遇的誕生。差別化產(chǎn)品的市場(chǎng)應(yīng)運(yùn)而生,價(jià)值得以體現(xiàn)。進(jìn)行差別化纖維產(chǎn)品的開(kāi)發(fā)和產(chǎn)業(yè)化,考驗(yàn)著任何一位勇于創(chuàng)新的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者的戰(zhàn)略眼光。本課題研討的關(guān)鍵是差別化產(chǎn)品工藝技術(shù)理論成果基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)A公司差別化產(chǎn)品產(chǎn)業(yè)化現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析,通過(guò)對(duì)存在的問(wèn)題進(jìn)行必要性分析,從而提出的一套適合A公司的精細(xì)化管理模式。本文通過(guò)對(duì)粘膠纖維市場(chǎng)的國(guó)內(nèi)外環(huán)境及研發(fā)能力進(jìn)行分析,提出了阻燃纖維高附加值的依據(jù)。對(duì)阻燃纖維產(chǎn)品的工藝管理技術(shù)進(jìn)行論證,概述了差別化產(chǎn)品的主要生產(chǎn)管理工藝,并就產(chǎn)業(yè)化的具體實(shí)施及設(shè)計(jì)流程進(jìn)行分析。以參與生產(chǎn)的方式,以A公司為例,就差別化阻燃產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)管理的有效性進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià),初步確定公司差別化產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)管理的基本思想。并分別制定并實(shí)施相應(yīng)的管理原則、管理策略、落實(shí)措施等方面進(jìn)行初步探討。然后通過(guò)對(duì)公司差別化阻燃產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)管理落實(shí)的實(shí)際情況和工藝技術(shù)管理現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行進(jìn)一步的研究分析,以此為基點(diǎn),對(duì)A公司阻燃纖維生產(chǎn)管理中存在的問(wèn)題進(jìn)行改進(jìn)。本文深入研究差別化產(chǎn)業(yè)化過(guò)程中存在的瓶頸問(wèn)題,對(duì)差別化生產(chǎn)從工藝、管理、考核、應(yīng)對(duì)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)等方面提出方案,探索出一套可行性強(qiáng)、實(shí)際應(yīng)用效果明顯的精細(xì)化管理方案,并最終確定了此管理方案的有效性,對(duì)A公司差別化生產(chǎn)的未來(lái)具有重要的意義。
[Abstract]:Because of the severe economic environment of traditional manufacturing industry, the viscose fiber manufacturing industry fluctuates too much as a whole, but the competition in the industry is intensified and the new challenge opportunities are born. The market of differentiated products emerges as the times require. The development and industrialization of differentiated fiber products test the strategic vision of any leader who is brave to innovate. This paper analyzes the current situation of the industrialization of differential products in Company A, and analyzes the necessity of the existing problems. This paper analyzes the domestic and international environment and R & D capability of viscose fiber market. The basis for high added value of flame retardant fiber is put forward. The process management technology of flame-retardant fiber product is demonstrated, and the main production management technology of differentiated product is summarized. The concrete implementation and design process of industrialization are analyzed. The effectiveness of production management of differentiated flame-retardant products is evaluated by means of participating in production and taking company A as an example. The basic idea of the production management of the differentiated products in the company is preliminarily determined, and the corresponding management principles and management strategies are formulated and implemented respectively. Then through further research and analysis on the actual situation of the production management of differentiated flame-retardant products and the present situation of process and technology management in the company, this is the basis point. The problems existing in the production and management of flame-retardant fibers in Company A are improved. In this paper, the bottle-neck problems in the process of differential industrialization are deeply studied, and the schemes for differential production are put forward from the aspects of process, management, examination, risk response, etc. This paper explores a set of fine management scheme with strong feasibility and obvious practical application effect, and finally determines the effectiveness of this management scheme, which is of great significance to the future of differential production in Company A.
