【摘要】：鋼鐵企業(yè)是我國(guó)工業(yè)廢物的排放大戶,在供給側(cè)改革新形勢(shì)下有必要通過(guò)加強(qiáng)綠色供應(yīng)鏈協(xié)同管理來(lái)提高協(xié)同效應(yīng)及廢物回收利用水平。基于綠色供應(yīng)鏈協(xié)同管理理論,從企業(yè)內(nèi)外部跨產(chǎn)業(yè)協(xié)同管理角度研究了基于全產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈的綠色供應(yīng)鏈管理模型及協(xié)同效應(yīng)評(píng)價(jià)模型。以寶鋼為案例,應(yīng)用模型分析和評(píng)價(jià)了企業(yè)綠色供應(yīng)鏈協(xié)同管理水平以及企業(yè)內(nèi)外部綠色績(jī)效發(fā)展的協(xié)同效應(yīng)。研究成果對(duì)于鋼鐵企業(yè)主動(dòng)改善綠色供應(yīng)鏈管理組織、提高內(nèi)外部廢物的協(xié)同回收利用水平具有一定的理論指導(dǎo)意義。
[Abstract]:Iron and steel enterprises are the major emitters of industrial waste in China. Under the new situation of supply-side reform, it is necessary to improve the synergetic effect and waste recycling level by strengthening the cooperative management of green supply chain, based on the cooperative management theory of green supply chain. This paper studies the green supply chain management model based on the whole industry chain and the evaluation model of synergy effect from the angle of internal and external cross-industry cooperative management. The model is applied to analyze and evaluate the cooperative management level of green supply chain and the synergistic effect of the development of green performance inside and outside the enterprise. The research results are helpful to improve the green supply chain management organization of iron and steel enterprises. It is of theoretical significance to improve the level of internal and external waste recovery and utilization.
