【摘要】：內(nèi)蒙古電力需求側(cè)企業(yè)電能監(jiān)測(cè)管理平臺(tái)是為推進(jìn)電力需求側(cè)管理工作而組織開(kāi)發(fā)的綜合性、專業(yè)化、開(kāi)放式的網(wǎng)絡(luò)應(yīng)用平臺(tái),具有信息發(fā)布、電力供需形勢(shì)分析、有序用電管理、經(jīng)濟(jì)分析、在線監(jiān)測(cè)與診斷、電能服務(wù)、用能分析等功能,旨在向電力用戶、電能服務(wù)商、電網(wǎng)企業(yè)、政府有關(guān)部門(mén)等各類群體提供全面的電力需求側(cè)企業(yè)電能量管理信息。論文通過(guò)對(duì)用戶群體的使用需求分析,依據(jù)內(nèi)蒙古地區(qū)現(xiàn)有信息系統(tǒng)支持情況,進(jìn)行面向不同用戶的平臺(tái)功能研究,實(shí)現(xiàn)用電管理的“數(shù)字化、網(wǎng)絡(luò)化、可視化、專業(yè)化”,設(shè)計(jì)平臺(tái)滿足各類用戶的使用要求。論文結(jié)合功能研究分析進(jìn)行平臺(tái)總體架構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì),從功能結(jié)構(gòu)、網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu)、數(shù)據(jù)存儲(chǔ)等多方面進(jìn)行平臺(tái)的整體設(shè)計(jì),保障平臺(tái)靈活,穩(wěn)定、安全的運(yùn)行�；谟秒娦畔�(shù)據(jù)的重要及機(jī)密性,針對(duì)平臺(tái)用電信息數(shù)據(jù)的接入、轉(zhuǎn)發(fā)、處理、分析方式進(jìn)行分析論述,確保用戶信息及電力內(nèi)網(wǎng)信息的安全及數(shù)據(jù)處理分析系統(tǒng)的穩(wěn)定。對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)采集主站及數(shù)據(jù)傳輸網(wǎng)絡(luò)進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì),研究電能采集終端,通過(guò)不斷電監(jiān)測(cè)終端的利用,使監(jiān)測(cè)點(diǎn)信息采集設(shè)備的安裝施工簡(jiǎn)易便捷化。
[Abstract]:Inner Mongolia Power demand side Enterprise Power Monitoring and Management platform is a comprehensive, specialized and open network application platform for promoting the power demand side management, with information release, power supply and demand situation analysis. Orderly power management, economic analysis, online monitoring and diagnosis, power services, energy analysis and other functions, aimed at power users, power service providers, power grid enterprises, Relevant government departments and other groups provide comprehensive power demand side enterprise electricity energy management information. The platform function research for different users is carried out to realize the "digitization, networking, visualization, specialization" of power management, and the design platform meets the requirements of all kinds of users. From the function structure, network structure, data storage and other aspects of the overall design of the platform, to ensure that the platform is flexible, stable and safe operation. Based on the importance and confidentiality of electrical information data, for the platform access information data, In order to ensure the security of user information and power network information and the stability of data processing and analysis system, the main data acquisition station and data transmission network are designed, and the power acquisition terminal is studied. Through the use of the monitoring terminal without power outage, the installation and construction of the information collection equipment in the monitoring point is easy and convenient.
