【摘要】：高新技術(shù)企業(yè)融資特性使得企業(yè)的財(cái)務(wù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)價(jià)和監(jiān)控工作尤為重要。文章從償債能力、營(yíng)運(yùn)能力、盈利能力、成長(zhǎng)能力和現(xiàn)金流量五個(gè)維度構(gòu)建了一套完整的財(cái)務(wù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)量化指標(biāo)評(píng)價(jià)體系;在運(yùn)用熵權(quán)方法對(duì)評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)進(jìn)行客觀賦權(quán)的基礎(chǔ)上,依據(jù)逼近理想解的原理建立了TOPSIS方法的財(cái)務(wù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)價(jià)模型,并以生物制藥上市公司為樣本對(duì)其財(cái)務(wù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)進(jìn)行了科學(xué)計(jì)算以及風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)價(jià)。研究結(jié)果表明,建立的綜合評(píng)價(jià)模型能夠有效地對(duì)企業(yè)財(cái)務(wù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)進(jìn)行定量評(píng)價(jià)。
[Abstract]:The financing characteristics of high-tech enterprises make the evaluation and monitoring of financial risks of enterprises particularly important. Based on the five dimensions of growth ability and cash flow, this paper constructs a complete evaluation system of quantitative indicators of financial risk, which is based on the objective empowerment of the evaluation index by using entropy weight method. Based on the principle of approximating the ideal solution, the financial risk assessment model of TOPSIS method is established, and the scientific calculation and risk evaluation of the financial risk of listed biopharmaceutical companies are carried out. The comprehensive evaluation model can effectively evaluate the financial risk of enterprises.
