【摘要】：正尊敬的苗部長(zhǎng),各位領(lǐng)導(dǎo)、同志們:大家上午好!在工信部的統(tǒng)籌下,04專(zhuān)項(xiàng)取得積極成效,攻克了一大批關(guān)鍵技術(shù),各項(xiàng)關(guān)鍵指標(biāo)與國(guó)外差距日益縮小。其中,國(guó)防科技工業(yè)積極配合,特別是在新技術(shù)、新產(chǎn)品應(yīng)用方面,我們率先出臺(tái)政策,使用04專(zhuān)項(xiàng)工程研制的首臺(tái)套裝備,在提升軍工核心能力、保障武器裝備科研生產(chǎn)任務(wù)的同時(shí),促進(jìn)了民族裝備制造業(yè)的發(fā)展。近兩年,04專(zhuān)項(xiàng)進(jìn)一步拓展應(yīng)用領(lǐng)域,開(kāi)展了"換腦工程",我們認(rèn)為,
[Abstract]:Respected Minister Miao, leaders, comrades: good morning, everyone! Under the overall planning of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, a large number of key technologies have been captured, and the gap between the key indicators and foreign countries is narrowing day by day. Among them, the national defense science and technology industry has actively cooperated, especially in the application of new technologies and new products. We have taken the lead in issuing policies, using the first set of equipment developed by the 04 special project, to upgrade the core capabilities of the military industry and to ensure the scientific research and production tasks of weapons and equipment at the same time. It has promoted the development of the national equipment manufacturing industry.
