【摘要】：近年來經(jīng)濟(jì)增速連續(xù)下滑,中小型制造企業(yè)的生存環(huán)境越來越惡劣,消費(fèi)需求低迷,員工工資持續(xù)上漲,生產(chǎn)成本越來越高,造成企業(yè)經(jīng)營(yíng)舉步維艱,其中一些甚至面臨關(guān)停。所以如何改變自身,降低經(jīng)營(yíng)成本,提高競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,謀求自身的發(fā)展,實(shí)現(xiàn)利潤(rùn)最大化,在這種競(jìng)爭(zhēng)環(huán)境當(dāng)中生存,提高企業(yè)整體效益,成為了目前亟待解決的問題。本文以KH公司為研究對(duì)象,結(jié)合國(guó)內(nèi)外先進(jìn)的理論知識(shí),對(duì)生產(chǎn)管理過程中存在生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃問題,質(zhì)量控制問題,現(xiàn)場(chǎng)管理問題,內(nèi)部物流問題等進(jìn)行分析,找出導(dǎo)致效率低、浪費(fèi)多等問題的原因。在對(duì)問題分析的基礎(chǔ)上,有針對(duì)性地提出改進(jìn)計(jì)劃。如利用批量經(jīng)濟(jì)生產(chǎn)模型,確定最優(yōu)的生產(chǎn)產(chǎn)量,在保證一定服務(wù)水平下的最佳生產(chǎn)產(chǎn)量,避免庫存資源的浪費(fèi)。在產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量的管理方面,分析在生產(chǎn)過程中影響產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量的因素,通過利用PDCA循環(huán)的方法,不斷提高產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量,優(yōu)化產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量控制體系,將公司員工的積極性調(diào)動(dòng)起來,使公司員工都參與到產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量管理的活動(dòng)中來。通過“5S”管理思想對(duì)生產(chǎn)活動(dòng)所在的生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)進(jìn)行必要的環(huán)境改善和作業(yè)規(guī)范,提高員工的生產(chǎn)素質(zhì),提高工作效率。對(duì)內(nèi)部物流進(jìn)行改善,減少不必要的操作,消除浪費(fèi)等。在通過對(duì)生產(chǎn)管理過程中暴露問題的不斷發(fā)現(xiàn),不斷分析,不斷改善的過程中,一方面提高管理團(tuán)隊(duì)發(fā)現(xiàn)問題與解決問題的能力,提高管理效率,另一方面,通過對(duì)問題的改善與解決,減少生產(chǎn)過程中的浪費(fèi)現(xiàn)象,降低生產(chǎn)成本,提高KH公司的綜合盈利能力。
[Abstract]:In recent years, economic growth continues to decline, the living environment of small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises is getting worse and worse, consumer demand is low, employees' wages continue to rise, and production costs are higher and higher. Some of them even face closure. So how to change themselves, reduce operating costs, improve competitiveness, seek their own development, maximize profits, survive in this competitive environment, and improve the overall efficiency of the enterprise. This paper takes KH Company as the research object and combines the advanced theoretical knowledge at home and abroad to solve the problems of production planning, quality control and field management in the process of production management. Internal logistics problems are analyzed to find out the causes of inefficient and wasteful problems. On the basis of the analysis of the problems, the improvement plan is put forward, such as the use of batch economic production model. Determine the optimal production output, ensure the optimal production under a certain level of service, avoid the waste of inventory resources. In the management of product quality, analyze the factors that affect the product quality in the process of production. Through the use of PDCA cycle method, constantly improve product quality, optimize the product quality control system, to mobilize the enthusiasm of the company's employees. Through the "5S" management idea to the production activities where the necessary environmental improvement and operational norms, improve the production quality of employees. Improve working efficiency. Improve internal logistics, reduce unnecessary operations, eliminate waste, etc. In the process of continuous discovery, analysis and improvement of problems exposed in production management process. On the one hand, improve the ability of management team to find and solve problems, improve management efficiency, on the other hand, through the improvement and solution of problems, reduce the waste in the production process, reduce production costs. Improve KH's overall profitability.
